can u gain 4 pounds overnight. beacuz i as losing weight i was at 133 and i cheated BIG time i had soo much fattenign stuff the next day i weighed 137 and i still am im soo pissed off this is like the trillionth time i did that

Hi everyone, I am really down today. I was doing so well this past March and I lost ten pounds. Well now I am on Spring Break and I can't help but eat. I look at the scale and it is going back up. I try not to but it is so tempting, probably cause I have nothing better to do but eat. All my friends are pressuring me to go swimming with them and they all talk about their new swim suits and everything and they are on my case about now ever going shopping with them. Who wants to go shopping with an elephant. I am really depressed about it and to top it off I had to go clothes shopping with my mom the other day. It is so hard to shop, I amlmost want to cry whenever i go. I see all these girls who can fit into anything they want to and I can't fit in anything. this is kinda sad but ive been comin here since the begining of 2001 and i still aint lost anything just put on loads i dont fink this site helps me but i still come on here cos its nice 2 no im not the only one.

i am not really overweight you know and i don't think i am fat in the stomach and all my friends and people always wanna do exersizes for there stomach and yeah i know i do those but i really think my legs are kinda fat along with my butt and i realy want them to look good see i am going swimming in a couple months and i look great in my suit except for the legs and the butt lol so if you have any great exersizes them i would love if you told me then! thx a bunch!!!

hey...I have a QUESTION I HOPE SOME ONE WILL ANSWER!!! I have been trying to lose weight for two weeks. I have heard low fat foods will make you lose weight, but i heard that you will also gain weight? so whats the deal here? I weigh 145 pounds and I'm 5' 6". i want to lose 30 pounds by july...SO i f i cut out sugar and eat ceral, yougurt crackers and low fat stuff will i lose the weight?...GO UCONN...

oh yea i forgot, if u gain muscle from weight training, u can eat MORE calories (up by about 150 calories per meal-if u gain like 5 pounds of muscle). At first u gain muscle but then that muscle will start burning ALL ur extra fat. U probably want to have less body fat and more lean muscle then just plain fat. Also Pilates is a great way to tone ur muscles- esp. ur thighs!

Hey everyone out there who is tryin to lose some weight! i'm not overweight and never have been (i only weigh 108 lbs.) but i came here to give u guys some advice. First if u want to loss weight, DON'T EAT FAT FREE STUFF! why? cauze it is loaded with sugar and your body has to produce all this insulin and then that sugar turns into fat and u start gainin weight. Second, don't eat high-glycemic carbs like potatoes, corn, bread, rice and anything that has carbs. If u really can't go without bread, try Ezekiel bread (in plain or raisin) that u can get a health food store. Third, eat six SMALL meals a day. Say u wanted to weigh a 120 pounds, to figure out how many calories u eat at each meal multiply 120 by 10 (which is 1200 and the amounmt of calories u will eat in a whole day) and then divide by 6 which is 200 calories PER meal (remember ur eatin 6 Small meals here).
