Heres some advice to everyone that didn*t see it last time drink some water with lemon cuz it cleans out ur colen and ur digestive system so it helps u lose weight like 2 to 3 times faster and if u work out and do side crunches and bicycle crunches and regular crunches and run a little with it then u can lose it super fast and to learn more on the crunches go to toneteen.com

Hey...I am really confused!!! I want to lose 30 pounds by the first of July but i have no idea how to! i weigh 145 pounds and i'm 5' 5". if tried to eat low fat thing but I heard that didn't work. Ok guys, here is a trick that has worked for me. This is for all of you who want help with bikinis and stuff... What you do is you practice, every day during school, after school, on the bus, whenever, you practice sucking you stomach in and breathing normally. If you do this enough, your ab muscles will start getting stonger, and when you wear bikinis it looks like you have a completly flat stomach. *Note- Only works if you are mildly overweight* God bless, have a good summer.

well I have a had a pretty enventful day! lol. Is there such a thing as over exercising? as stupid as it sounds, I don't want tp wear my body out too much. I did tae-bo today, weight trained for and a hour and was then going to run 1.75 miles, but was so tired that i decided just to walk then call it a night. I am starting freash and clean. I need to lose weight before cheering tryouts, Does anyone have any tips for improving toe-touches? I can't figure out how to get my legs really high up (there definatly off the ground, however not way out to the sides) or sit back in the jump. OOOO also, if anyone is feeling really down about their bofy go to google and do a search on renoir. I had to recreate one of hos works for a sketch book in art class, and thus had to research him. What you do is like during school, after school, on the bus, whenever, you practice sucking in you stomach. Pretty soon it begins to build ab muscle. Then, in time, you will look like you have a totally flat stomach! You will feel great. At least, it worked for me! Have a good summer

Hey, I've been eating healthy and all, people say i look skinnier, but i just don't "feel" skinnier. Most of my weight is on my stomach, ugh, its just so awful. I've tried eating healty and excercising, I'm just wondering how long it will actually take to start losing some weight, because so far, I'm not seeing much results.
