I'm going to Finland next year! I'll be an exchange student there...and supposidly Finnish people eat really healthy and exercise a lot=) I know someone who went down 2 sizes when she went there for a year=) Hopefully I'll be able to develop a habit of eating healthy...no b/p-ing anymore=) I'm so excited.

HI EVERYONE ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO I STARTED THE SLIM FAST DIET MY DAILY MEAL PLAN IS FOR BREAKFEST I HAVE 1 CAN OF MILK CHOCOLATE SLIM FAST AND A 16.9OZ BOTTLE OF WATER I TAKE A SNACK TO SCHOOL WHICH IS A CHEEDER CORN CAKE MADE BY QUAKER AND A NOTHER BOTTLE OF WATER I COME HOME AND HAVE ANOTHER CAN OF SLIM FAST FOR LUNCH AND A BOTTLE OF WATER FOR DINNER I HAVE ANY HEALTHY LEAN CUISEAN MEAL AND NO CAL SPARKLING FRUIT WATER LEAN CUISEAN PIZZA IS REALLY GOOD AND LOW IN CALORIES AND I ALWAYS MAKE SURE I HAVE SOME VEGGIES AND FRUITS ITS REALLY WORKED IVE LOST 9 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS I ALSO WALK TO AND FROM SCHOOL WHICH TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES A WALK AND I HAVE A LATERAL THIGH TRAINER WITH A VIDEO THAT I USE EVERY DAY FOR 30 MINUTES AND I DRINK WATER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE IT REALLY FILLS ME UP.DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD MEAL PLAN TO U GUYS?

hey i just wrked out pounds and i weigh 106..is that too low?? i want to tone my stomach n legs but i dont want to lose weight from other parts. i heard if u just do exercises it will build up your muscles but can make it look bigger.this true?? thnx!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 147 - healthy and yummy food favourites. (ive lost 3 pounds in my first week yay!) (if u dont care dont read it lol)
lunch/dinner
*2 eggs on toast, side serving melon
*tomato on toast with salt and pepper and low fat mayo (favourite yum!)
*soup and crackers w/side salad
*pita! w/ cheese tomato lettuce (tofu) its good honest.
*omlet. (scramble 2 eggs w/ spices ex. paprika salt pepper, fill inside with tomato, cheese if u want)
*grilled chicken and vegies.
** u can pretty much eat what u want if u dont over eat it. but to speed up the weight loss im trying not to eat junk. if this helped anyone with food suggestions then i feel satisfied. good luck everyone!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 147 - what do u guys do when u go away overnight somewhere. i mean i can stick to a diet but i cant workout? i usually run at home or do sit ups. any suggestions? i was just thinking of sticking to a harsher diet to makeup for not working out.

hey to all them people that care about us overweight teenagers. Well here it goes, Im 15 and im overweight and i would like to be 150 or less. i once lost like 15 pounds but i brought it right back and the double and thats what made me get more sad. And right now im back on a diet and my mom is helping me loss the overweight.
