hey y'all i haven't posted here in a long time. And for y'all who have my s/n, my computer has been broken so i'm on my school ibook. well I have started running and i'm up to a mile and half non-stop. It feels really good to have my body moving. well i need some help because i have gained back the 6 pounds that i lost a few months ago. I kno shaem shame on me though it is not that much but i really want to lose it over spring break. Is there anyone elsed out there who is interrested in soft-ball, cheering or running? do y'all think that i have a chance at being 163 pounds (hopefully around 155 by tryouts) i would have a chance of making the aquad. I know for certain that if i did make it, it would make me the largest person on the squad.

HEy everyone, I have a question. If I eat a bowl of TOTAL cereal for breakfast, go to school and six hours after breakfast have a lunch consisting of a salad, roll, chocolate milk, and fruit cup, and 3 hours later get home and have a snack like a lowfat yogurt or an apple, then for dinner have something that i will not eat all of. Plus every Tues. and Thurs. I have an hour and a half of power tumbling (gymnastics) and drink 8 glasses of water a day with no pop or candy, plus walking or bike riding on the days i dont have gymnastics, how long do you think It will be before I start seeing results?

ok..i think this might be the week i get to 157 pounds!! Then i will be in a healthy weight range!! I can't slack off my diet now! by summer break (May 21st) I want to be 140!! Or just 145 even! And then by the time i go back to school in August I want to be 130! then maybe i will get a date for homecoming!! (i'm 5'9)

Hey my friend's here and we are both tryin to loose weight. Do you guys have any suggestions for a diet or workout plan?? We just played some basketball with my neighbors and that was for about 45 minutes. and we want to have salad for dinner. Well good bye I weigh 181 and she weighs 135. I want to get down to 135 andshe wants to get down to 120. So thnaks for the advice.
