I am 5'3 and i way 155 pounds, how do i loose it safely in 2 monthe to get it down to 115? i am so desperate i have tried everything exceot starv my self becuase that is stupid, i have the lowest self esteem and i am so scared that no on will like me, plz help, desperate!

Hey people!! I am 5 foot and 180 lbs. I am recently attending a place like Curves, it let me lose some weigh. Well here is the problem... All my friends are like 120 and lower and I am like... And we all tell each other everything and I am embarressed to tell them my weight.Instead I lie and tell them 130 and they tell me I am skinny when you should see me. I haven't weighed myself in like a week and I'm kind of scared to because today I found out that I did awful on my Algebra chapter test and I think I am flunking it now. Our grading period is over on Friday! When I got home, I totally binged because I was so upset! Then afterwards, I was so mad because I knew I shouldn't have done that and yet I did! I was all psyched because I was going to stick to my diet really well and then this happened and now I'm all mad. If anyone has any suggestions or ways to overcome setbacks, please respond! Thanks!

Hi, My name is Hannah. I'm 14 and 135 pounds! Plus I'm really short. I'm four feet ten inches. I've tried so many diets and even just not eating, but nothing works, and I can't seem to ever get rid of the cravings and binging. Someone help!

I think we should all start posting what we ate that day. Alot of times people dont realize everything they are eating unless they keep track of it and sometimes people think that they are doing really good but arent, and then people can suggest to them how to make things better. good luck all!

Okay guys! I liked "Speaks" suggestion of "losing weight together" as cheesy as that sounds i think its a great idea! So i'll start off and weigh in on the weigh-in page. then at the end of the week i'll tally up everyone's total for the week and then we'll be losing weight before we know it! Just make sure you put three stars before and after your comments on the weigh-in page, then that way i'll know which ones to add up... (ex. ***yay! i lost .5lbs!***) get it? Hey you guys, I'm back, but i'm on this new plan. I lost a couple of pounds eating right, bu gained most back because i was sloofing. But it tought me how to eat (keeping the food journal for 4 weeks.) So i no longer calculate food, but i make a week in advance exercise plan. This week, I Bike 5 times(or days) for 20 minutes, lift weights for my arms 5 times, do yoga 5 times, and strrength train for my whole body 2 times. I do some yoga on rest days because i have night yoga that is relaxing. don't worry about me overtraining with the arms weights, cause i've been doing it for a while, i jhust need to kick it up a notch. Off to shcool. Bye

I am trying to get from 160 to 130 by the end of May. I am walking around 30mins a day and drinking a lot of water.I try to eat healther.Is there anything that else that could help me lose the weight and be in shape. I'm doing Atkins like you guys said but some days I can't eat meat so is just salad okay are there any other non meat protein rich no carb foods you guys know of?I'm doing a program tape called lift weighs to lose weigh by Kathy Smith has anyone else tried this? I did the 20min upper body yesterday and the 20 min lower body this morning I'm thinking of adding a cardio too inbetween days does anyone know a good cardio moves? What do you guys think a good plan YES or NO????
