hey i need advise from the older girls csaue recently i started smoeking cigaarettes and like all my eating habits have lowered i weight 145 and im 5'4 im rtying to lsoe 25-30 pounds by april first and like in the morening i have an apple and than lunch veges with a lil dressing and than dinner chicken and a lil bit of rice like a lil andthan rum 2 miles and like at night if i get hungrey ill have a smoke.. and i know thats not good.. but i need help can i still lose that much weight by april if i quit smoking.. casue if i can lose that much than im gointo quit but if i cant im goin to down size my potions.. i need help obviously csaue my friends have influend bad habitsto me i need helkp rellay bad.PLEASE COMMENT

hello, i am about 300lb. I have started the atkins diet and have been on it for a full week now with no results. I am wondering if anyone else is in the same situation and hopefully can help me out of it! All I eat is meat like (unflavoured) all beef sausages, bacon, steak, beef, pork roast, some chicken and some hot dog wieners. I am hoping to add fish too. I WAS drinking about 3 cans of caffine free, diet 7up a day so I cut that out now--maybe it was the aspartame??

hey has anybody tried using the diet called Slim-in-6 I think I might try it. BUt first I have to get the money. It cost 58.95. Yeh that is a lot but my birthday was just a day ago adn I have the money to buy it. AND it has a 90 money back garontee(spelling) I think I might just try it. Everytime i try to go on a diet, i just spoil it by around 6pm. i drink lots of water and sometimes chew gum when im hungry but still doesnt work!!! HELP! cheers

can some1 please help me i have been on a diet since last saturday and i havnt gone over 1000 calories 1 time ive been drinking lots of water and doin at leat 40 minutes of exercise each day.I weighed myslef today and im the same weight.

this is what i ate today:5 johnsonville sausages (non-flavored) (about 2 grams)5 strips of bacon (1 carb)1 peporoni sausage (1.5 carbs)2 hot dog sausages with a little bit of mustard (4 carbs)2 hamburger patties with one slice of processed cheese (3.5 carbs)No drinks but water (0 carbs)= about 12 carbs (give or take 3)yet i'm still not losing weight!!

ok this is wat i usually eat each day (dinner is undecided)breakfast: a bowl of muesli with full cream milk. Recess: a mini tub of yoghurt, handfull of grapes and a peach. Lunch: 2 sandwiches and a plum or some piece of fruit. Water intake: i drink a bottle of water (1.5L) between all 6 periods. Afternoon tea: sandwhich and a piece of fruit and a bottle of water. Dinner; watever my mom makes me.
