hey everyone im like 145-150 and 5'4im on vacation and i leave tomorw and im starting htis 6 meal diet plan.. its u eat egg whites or yogurt in the morning chumbersand tomatoes or salad with no dressing for lunch and dinner 1/4 cup low fat rice and steamed veges and 1 small chicken breast.. and than u do 1 hr cardio 30 min weights 30 yoga and i want to lose 25-30 pounds by april 7.. DOES ANYONE THIS ITS POSSIBLE.. PLEASE I REALLY NEED THIS!! everyone time i post no one comments and i really need help.

Hey I have posted stuff before .. about me being 170 and 5'6. I am unhappy with my weight ...my stomach is where I am really unhappy with. I am on the South Beach diet/Atkins...do they really work? I run two miles everyday that it is possible(if its not like raining)and I need and would like some advice on what to do to lose like 60lbs by May 20!! I'm 5'4, and about 155 lbs. I was about 170 when I started coming here, and somehow managed to lose 15 lbs. I was hoping to get around 150 when I started coming here, but now that I'm close to 150, I am still very uncomfortable with the way I look. I'm hoping to be about 110 by July 4th, because that's when I usually see all my friends for the first time since school got out. I have 0 motivation, and I have no idea how I am going to lose 40 lbs in 5 months! We just moved behind the new city park, and the walking track is in my backyard so I am hoping to rollerblade and stuff like that once the snow melts. Ok, I don't want to sound rude or anything, but I've been reading some recent messages that were posted, and they are stupid diet guidelines. There are a lot of people saying that they're not eating breakfast, and eating something tiny for lunch, and stuff like that. Well, just to let all of you know, when you skip meals, your metabolism slows down, and you don't lose as many calories and fat as you should. YEah, a lot of you are losing weight following this STUPID diet, but when you start eating like a normal person, your body will think you're stuffing yourself and you will gain gain gain! 2 years ago I skipped breakfast, ate something small for lunch and dinner. I started eating breakfast and eating healthier, and though i gained some weight, I lost more then I wieghed originally because I ate breakfast, which made me more energized to go and exercise...plus, you don't start to burn... I was very overweight overweight. I never really went on a ~diet~. I just really cut down food portions. I am still doing this until I am a size 0. I do not eat breakfast but sometimes I'll gulp some fruit juice or something...occasionally I'll have some apple sauce. About 6 hours later (at school) I'll have usually nothing. sometimes I'll have a one french fry or a bottled water. Then another six hours later i'll take in somewhere between 100-250 calories. I am losing weight rapidly. Should I stop? Should I continue? Why so?

Hey everyone I haven't posted for a while... but Ive lost eight pounds and now im down to 210... if I loose 3 more pounds Ill be down to 207 which was my weight in November. Ill be so much happier once I get to that weight although my goal weight right now is 112... tommorow Im going to start restricting calories like hell again and hopefully ill be ten pounds thinner by next Friday so Ill look good for my Nick 3.... at 200 Im going to fit into most size 13/14 pants... but i wanna be a 0!!!!!!!!!

I feel GREAT! I just rode my staionary bike for 20 mins. I walked a brisk 2 mile walk with aerobics included. I did 40 side crucnhes which work the annoying love handles. I have also drank 3 glasses of water already and i hope to drink 3 more. AND GUESS WHT!?!?!??! I did all of this in 1 hour!!! When i get home from school i have a small snack while im doing my homework and then i exercise for just 1 hour and look how much i got done!!!! this is my plan for LENT!!! I figure this is the perfect time, its 6 weeks and then after ive lost all of the weight, I'M GUNNA BUY AN AWESOME EASTER DRESS AND LOOK GREAT IN IT!!!!!!! Well I just need to express my happiness to everyone and let you all know....YOU CAN DO ~A~N~Y~T~H~I~N~G~!!!! Post back PLZ....

Hey everybody! I posted this message message a couple days ago, but I need a little more advice on my diet to make it awesome, so can you post your comments? Ok, everyday I wake up at 6AM and eat breakfast(usually a bowl of cereal), and 6 hours later I eat school lunch which usually containts a milk, fruit, and sandwich w/ turkey and cheese slices, and then 3 hours later I get home and eat a small snack like an apple or yogurt, and then 3-4 hours later have dinner. I don't drink pop, and try and drink 8 glasses of water a day. For exercise, I go on a 2-mile bike ride every Mon., Wed., Fri., Sat., and Sun., and every Tuesday and Thursday I go to Power Tumbling (gymnastics) for an hour and a half. Plus I'm starting to clean the house a lot, and sometimes do the "Thighs of Steel" workout. Any more advice would be great! Thanx and GOOD LUCK!!

hey peps, me message got moved to page two so me posting it again cause i got no results Hey people, does anyone know what the daily intake of energy should be each day if your trying to lose weight? Cause im trying to lose weight, but i EAT LOADS, and when i say loads im talking 10 meals a day, so what should be my daily intake of FAT if i want to lose weight, daily intake of CARBS if i want to lose weight. I need to know some really nice snacks that i can eat when im depressed or something so that i dont put on fat. and finally i have a school assignment and i have to research 'the water diet' where u drink or eat nothing but water. so i need to know things like how safe it is, and wats the longest you can go on it safely for, due in two days. Hey Ya'll! This is my diet plan for the next few months.
