OMG!!!!!!! I JUST GOT BACK FROM VACATION AND I GAINED 15 POUNDS, AND ALL I DID WAS EXCERSIZE I RAN UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS I NEVER USED THE ELEVATOR AND I RAN AROUND ALOT, AND I ONLY AT 3 MEALS A DAY AND ONLY 2 COOKIES THE WHOLE TRIP AND NOW I WEIGH 180 LBS AND IM 5'6 ID THINK ID LOSE WEIGHT AFTER THAT

Imagine being morbidly obese and having the name bertha... crazy rite? Well... I am sort of new here... new for the message board part at least. Well, where do I start? 1. I weigh 250 pounds more than my best friend ? 2. I eat a lot... not a crazy amount, but I have a very slow metabolism so...? 3. I am unactive ? 4. self confidence is 10x more important than self apearanceI probably am the heaviest in this whole message board, I am the heaviest in my grade by 110 pounds and I am the heaviest in my family by 120 pounds.I am probably the happiest person in this whole message board. I am probably 110% more happy than all the kids in my grade. I am definitly 120% more happy than all the people in my family.WHY?In 4rth grade I already was tipping the scale at 200 pounds and just slightly over 4 feet, in 5th grade I weighed a whopping 250 pounds and I was about 4'3, by 6th grade I weighed... Hi, was wondering if someone could hurry and answer this question. I was surfing the interent looking for dieting tips, and it said that you should eat every 3 hours to maintain a good metabolism and encourage your body to lose weight. does that mean just a little snack like an apple or string cheese?

Thanks for all u guys that answered me!! But how much weight do u think i could lose if i go on the Spcial K diet? And is it possible for me to lose 35 pounds in like 3 and a half months. It's super urgent that i lose 35 pounds for the end of june early july. Please pepople i need answers and an easy workout plan that i will actually do and follow. And does anybody know how much calories u burn when u play soccer for an hour? Thanks people and send me a lot of useful stuff.

i desperatly need to lose weight, i am so sick of having to cover myself up so much with huge baggy tshirts and hoodies, i want to buy 6 SECOND ABS but it costs like 75$ and i don't have that money and my parents wont buy it but its supposed to really work, any ideas on how i could get the money, thanx for help

yay yay . i am happy! i have lost 40 lbs ( now 160) ! AND for lent, I am giving up junk food. score. however, i ate a ton today ( bored) maybe im 161... but then again, it IS "that time of the month" so maybe im 159! im am so happy. ya and u know how i lost all this weight? i seriously watched my food. it may not be exactly healthy, but having no breakast, a sandwich for lunch, and small dinner, goes a long way.

I wanna try the cabbage soup diet but it scared me when it said "It is unhealthy long term, and weight loss is not long term." SO HOW WOULD I KEEP IT OFF. Please write back!

hey everyone well alright i was watching extreme makeovers and these people lost like 20-30 pounds in 5 weeks.. and thas my gaol 25-30 pounds what im goin to eat for breakfast is a low fat yogurt and hot tea and for lunch chumbers and dinner veges and chicken.. and drink water and or tea and or lemonade the 5 calorie kind no pop.. and than work out like 2 hours a day.. i relly think its possible and im going to do it.. anyone else think its possible.? thanks

hey anyone does the low fat diet work? b/c i think its something i might actually be able tofollow..i will have soup for dinner (5 grams max) and for breakfast i'll have a piece of fruit (does anyone no how muchy fat is in like a pear, or banana, or apple?) and for lunch i'll only have like 5 grams of fat so then its like 15 total. does thta sound ok?

Hi guys! Im 13 and 195 lbs.! I want to be around 130 by the time i start high school which is in about a year and a half. I know thats along time, but i want to lose weight healthy so i dont hurt my body even more! Does anyone have any suggestions on diets and exercise! I tried the weight watchers diet and i didnt do well on it. Thanks for the help.

Hey Everyone!I really really like this website. I was searching around today and I found it! You guys, I am so depressed! Tomorrow is my 15th birthday! Last year on my birthday I told myself I was going to loose the weight! I havent! I try to go on diets but they NEVER last for more that a day! I am 5'9 and I weight 170 lbs! I really really want to get down to 140 before summer...and thats about 3 1/4 months! Please help me you guys! I am ready to get serious I just need help on how to do this from you guys! Please...you just don't know how desperate I am...I am ready to loose the weight! I'm ready to be where I shouldve been about 6 months ago! I am ready to have fun this summer!
