well everyone tonight was my last night eating this much i just toatlly pigged out but o well i weight like 150ish and im doin this plan that my friend tols me to do and im goin to lose like 25-30 pounds in like 6 weeks im goin to do it.. PEACE anyone think i can do it with veegs chicken and yogurt

ALRIGHT YALL! im finally in the 160's!!! even thou its only 169, its not 174 anymore~ and thank god for that. this is my diet plan, its less than 1000 calories a day and its filling and YUMMY! for breakfast i have a Slim Fast meal replacement bar, for lunch i have salad with ranch dressing and a turkey sandwich with white bread, for a snack after school i have a Slim Fast snack bar (PB crunch mmmm) and for supper i have a Lean Cusine or Healthy Choice frozen dinner. and if at some point im still hungry, i have a frozen yogurt bar. ITS FILLING AND ITS UNDER A THOUSAND CALS AND IT WORKS! good luck

OK guys have you tried to do something on this but then end up quiting in like a week? 99% of them dont work like eat only veggies. BLAH! I mean 1 it is not healthy 2 some are gross... Best ways are DETERMINATION! If your really determined you will work hard such as. Exercise, No seconds, No inbetween meals. You can eat desert but dont have seconds of it! Instead of sitting here on your but watch tv while jogging on the treadmill. Or play basketball (just shoot hoops) its moving you burning calories and it doesnt take much to do. Throw, pick it up, throw again, see it isnt hard. Dont do things like run for 3 hours a day it wont last long! Just do simple things. GOOD LUCK!

Hey its me again. Sry I forgot something in my previous post. PLease read and respond. Ok I'm in this senerio where I can't change my thinking. Untill about the last year of my life, I've been known as the 'ugly duckling' U kno I was very big, defintly not attractive and never was told that I was beautiful by anyone outside my immediate family. Well I lost a little bit of weight and am now half my to my goal though I still have a ways to go (35 lbs) People now think that i'm pretty. I've had boys to like me, and people say that I'm not fat (though I have pants that fit that are size 15 in juniors!)OK well I can't get out of the mind frame that I was in over a year ago. I don't know how to change my thinking, not to be arogant, but to fell beautiful and worthy of things that other girls have (Boyfriends, confidence, ect.) I can't say tht I reached my weight goal. But my first I had lost 5 pounds within 2 days and I gai ned it back. I thought well this can't go on so I went on my second diet. I stayed on that diet for 2 weeks. I had lost ten pounds so now my weight was 200.5. I gained that back now I am struggling to get back on a steady diet which I willn be starting tomorrow which is 2/21/04. This time I will stick to my diet and get at my goal weight. I am currently 206 pounds. My goal weight is 120. I will be sure to check back in and let you all know how I am doind on this dient within three weeks. So be on the look out.

HEY! I haven't posted here in a very long time. Well to get up-to-date, I've continued with the DR. Phil rapid weight loss plan, I have sucessfully lost two pounds with that in one week. I had a gigantic mess-up yesterday, but I'm back on track today. I'm exercing a lot more. Tae-bo every morning, and going back and forth from firm upper body ABs and lower body in the afternoon. I'm really hoping this will work. I have to do the other 4 keys in The Ultimate Weight Solution for Teens. I think that that will help me a lot. I really need some help with my confidence. I understand that weight-loss does not promise confidence gain, But if someone will give me some tips to become more outgoing, that is GREATLY appreciated! I feel so low now a days. Hey! ok well here lets start easy my mom and dad are about to get a divorce, my dad is getting surgury and my mom doesnt care about him anymore!! ok well thats only one problem i weigh 230 lbs and am 5'6 overweight and i have achne!!! well life is starting to get a lil better i guess but i am trying to fix these problems!! and i mean i know eat right exerscie but i can never stick to it!! i mean once over the summer i lost 6lbs n two days by drinking all this watter n eating sum food not much and exercising a lil too! but not much!! achne i have medicine for now and i just started it today so i hope it works!!!! but back to the diet thing!! i wanna look good for highschool weighing in @ about 130 MAX! i mean 115 would be awesome!!! but anyways a lot of my friends are skinny n stuff and all my friends like me for who i am !! and so i am doing it for me and my consience(spelling) !! so ya... Hey people, does anyone know what the daily intake of energy should be each day if your trying to lose weight? Cause im trying to lose weight, but i EAT LOADS, and when i say loads im talking 10 meals a day, so what should be my daily intake of FAT if i want to lose weight, daily intake of CARBS if i want to lose weight. I need to know some really nice snacks that i can eat when im depressed or something so that i dont put on fat. and finally i have a school assignment and i have to research 'the water diet' where u drink or eat nothing but water. so i need to know things like how safe it is, and wats the longest you can go on it safely for, due in two days.
