Has any one in here tryed weight watchers and does it work for people are age my sis is 27 and she went from like 230+to like 120 in no time have any of you had similar results and if so reply i'm thinking of asking my parents if i can join weight watchers so plez reply thanks :-p

Today: 140 lb - Hi all I was wondering if you guys could answer this question for me....I am 14 an weight 140 lbs well I lost like 3 lbs so I dunno how much I weigh now cuz I dont have a scale but ne wasy ! Everytime I go to start a diet I get sick ! Last time I went to start a diet I got heat cramps-thats when you work out in the heat an your body over works it self an makes u reall sick :( ! Then I got over thath an like 3 week later I tryed to start one and now I am sick with a sore throat an fever...should I still work out or just wait till it goes away please help me ! Its a simple question..I have answered ppls questions an encouraged them so its your turn ~

Hey, im a vegetarian and Im looking for some foods or recipes or anything really that will help me get the nutrients I need and help me lose weight in general. Ive got a diet plan worked out but I need some healthy vegetarian meals to make, right now I kind of live off of kraft dinner and other easy crap.

To all those teens who are 13 -16 who say "I hate my life I hate myself" don't be too hard on yourself!!!! Being that age is the WORST time in your life, and know that when you get older things get A LOT better! I just to be so depressed when I was that age, simply because at that age you feel that way. Please try to be positive!!! Things do get better and life looks up as you grow up! Being a teen is hard... you aren't a child and aren't an adult, its hard to know where you fit in... but you will soon grow to love yourselves. Good luck to all of you
