Somebody asked me what snapping hip syndrome is...it is when your hip snaps out of your socket for a second or sometimes can last for a couple of days or even more... if it pops out for a second it makes a noise, but other times when it pops out for longer it could cause excruciating pain... it is not uncommon for overweight people...also does anyone know about the diet that is called something like 66 weight makeover? It is said to customize a special diet that can enable you to lose weight by eating the right food for their body and doing a special workout for a short amount a time a day... and as for the results you can lose 30 lbs. in 6weeks. If you have any information on this please reply...thank you

Ht. 4'11", Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 100 lb - Hi, I weigh 128-130 lbs. & I'm 4'11" I'm really short.. so, I look like a balloon. lol. Neway, I started walking on the tread mill, and I feel soo much better. I've also been eating healthier. Hopefully, I'll get 2 my goal of 100 lbs. by Dec. Today: 245 lb - Hey all! I love this site and am soooooo glad that my doctor recomended it to me...everyone is soooo nice and that's really encouraging...I am 15 years old and weigh 245 pounds, you guys have no idea how GOOD that feels to tell someone, I haven't told anyone FOREVER...I am starting a diet it's a Weight Watchers diet and I lost 35 pounds on it last time but gained that and more back so I am back to it and am gonna excercise mucho! I reall recomend that diet it's easy and fun and shhhh (the food is great!) Hey everyone I really need some help. I just had knee surgery ( pretty painful ) and would like to start some light exersize. I have to start physical therapy in a week but I can't wait till then. You guys have nooo clue how hard it is to sit around all day and not do anything..even if you wanted too!! I recently went to the beach and couldn't even go in the water!! I could barely walk across the sand!! Anyways though, some helpful tips would be nice on diet and exersize. Thank you SO much. LOVE YA!! -Pebbles

Hello all! I'm 16 years old and according to the calculator I am 70 lbs. overweight. I try every diet I can get my hands or mouth on. I stick to the diets and excercise but nothing seems to work. I feel so bad being overwoeight and my physical body feels the pain literally . I have snapping hip syndrome and can't stand the pain. If someone would so generously email me some information or "secrets" of theirs' about weightloss I would appreciate it. Thankyou

Sorry Jane, but I have this policy where I don't help people lose weight who are at a healthy weight or underweight. Your BMI is 23.5; healthy range is about 19-25. If you want to get more "toned," that's fine - just start walking, doing calisthenics (situps/crunches, pushups, etc), but *don't* reduce your food intake. -James
