Well this is more about my friend, she's almost 16 and she's pretty overweight..I'd say somewhere near 300 pounds. She went on Slim Fast for a while and lost about 20 pounds in less then a month, but gained it all back soon after. These days she has lost a little more weight, but I know it's because she's starving herself. She fainted the other day and I asked her why she wasn't eating and she said she doesn't have much of an appetite anymore and I so know she's lying. I always try to make her eat, sometimes she does and sometimes she doesn't. I'm starting to get worried because she's fainted a few times lately. I always eat in front of her..even when I'm not hungry, if she's around I'll eat something to see if I can make her feel hungry and eat..does anyone have any ideas on how I can make her stop this and lose weight the healthy way?

Hey people! I know I have already posted two things in two days but I would like someone to tell me what they think. Ok, my new plan is to walk to school every day (onless it is not nice outside), walk for 30 mins after school, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, don't eat bad foods,weight train two times a week, and don't snack. At school at recces I don't eat (even though ALL my friends do), and I don't eat after school, instead of eating I drink water. It really does help. So what do you people think?????(Oh, I cut down my porition size too).
