Every time I post a message on here, no one gives me any good advice. I hate to say that for those who do reply, but I really need some help! I've been working to get rid of my big tummy and love-handles fo almost a month now, and it's killing me! I've tried going on diets, but I just stop because I don't see any progress. I want to be able to wear a cute little bikini this summer! PLEASE HELP!!

actually it does make u lose weight.it is only so i will make -60(a weight category on judo there are many weight categorys) for my judo tournament on saturday and it does jus so i wil make itso plz don't tell if it s right or wrong georgina!

Hey, un know how people are always saying "drink lots of water to curve your cravings" Well, instead of water, i have tea. To me, it's better than plain water and they have zero calories. It really does work. I'm just tryin to get down so i can wear a bikini and wear everything else i want to!!

hey peeps tell me if this will work.running 15 minutes up the stairs wearing a garbage bage, t-shirt, my track jacket, and a sweater and shorts, and 2 pairs of track pants.and i will be eating very healthy and drink loads of water think it will work and i will be doin sit ups and the usual!PLA REPLY!!!!!

Hey myra. To lose my poundage: I jog every mornin 4 15-20 minutes. I do push up and sit-ups before bed. I've also done some step areobics from the 90's (corny, yes, i kno.) but it works!!! Wake up 30 minutes earlier that normally do and go and jog.TTYL
