I dident reach my weight goal im in 8th grade iam 6ft tall and im 200 pound i really want to lose about 50 pound by freshman year i start school 2 days ago i do 200 sit ups a nigfht and i dont drink pepsi or soda what should i do to achive my goal

hey! last week sucked, so I gained 3 1/4 lbs. I didn't stay true to my diet, obviously. But this week I tried harder, didn't do it so well, but i tried. I lost 4 1/4 lbs! Talk about making up for last week! It rocked! It inspired me to keep going and trying. So good luck to you all! I've lost 13 1/2 lbs now! So I'm at 154 even. And I'm 5'4". I hope you guys keep going even when things seem impossible. ;-)

how do i make my metabolism faster?? like what foods do i eat i heard grapefruit can do it but im not sure and doenst metabolism mean like burning calories at a faster pace then other peoples? well write soon please

To angeli,That comment you made to heather was plain old rude. Ok, so she isnt obese, but I believe she is overweight a bit, so she was in the right saying that she was fat, everyone is entitled to there own opinion! I think you should ease up a bit until you know more about the person.

Hey guys, ive posted here before and i was wondering what could boost up my energy. Im pretty athletic but want to TONE my muscles! that would look good, i have a poster in my room of this girl from a magazine that i want to look like, it stops me from eating sweets and makes me go to the gym. Im close to what she looks like but i need to tone up like heck lol. Well i dont know how to lose weight since my family thinks im enimic so i get tired very easily and im concerned about my diet. What should I do? We're going to get a physical done in 2 months but i need something to do now so that by december ill be happy with myself. PLZ HELP! Thank You for whoever helps!

Hey you guys! Well the thing is that me and my friend aren't fat but at the school we go to everyone thinks that we are cause they are grossly scrawny. And i'm not just saying that in our deffense! What should i do, my self esteem is lowered and i'm sad :-(

hi i am 4'10 and weigh about 15 lbs. I don't really like sweets so that is good but i love to eat food .I don't really eat junk food neithe.i eat what i am suppose to eat but alot of it. so please tell me how i can stop eating food because i don't have a problem with sweets or junk food just with plain old food. all my friends are skinny. i am happy because they don't tease me like i thought they would .how much weight can i loose in 4 mothes and how .pleeeeeze help me now . i would really apreciate it. i have been chuuby all my life but i don't want to be for the rest i hate water and i don't exercise please help me.

Hey! I go for a 25 min. walk everynight, 60 crunchs a day, weight training 2 times a week and watch what I eat. I have been doing this for a month and only lost 6 pounds and gained back 4! I don't no what to do.
