Ok, this has nothing to do w/ my weight, but I was wondering if a couple girls could help me out. I got my period today, and I'm freaking out. I live w/ my dad, and I'd feel weird telling him...and I have gym tommorow, and I don't know if I can use a tampon. Pleez help.

hi! I weigh 161 and am only 13 at 5'6. I hate it because everybody tries to tell me that im just fine but i dont think i am. i tried out for cheerleading but dropped out because i didnt want to make a fool out of myself. my mom is losing weight fast and if i dont lose weight then i'll be the biggest person in our ENTIRE family.

I'm not fat, just overweight. I'm 5'7" tall and I weigh 188 pounds. I'm very self-concious. I wear my shirt when I go swimming, and I don't change clothes in P.E. (well actually I do, but I figured out a way to change without taking my clothes off). If there's anyone who's the same age as me and is self-concious too, please answer.
