hey guys and gals! i have been trying to lose weight for a really long time now! about a year ago i became bullimic, and i went from 190 to 156! then over this summer i worked out harder than i probably should and starved myself, as well as puke....i ended up going down to 134! well i gained all of that weight back and i'm back to 156 and i'm 5'4. i'm begging to get help for my bullimia problems, but i still want to lose weight....i know fast wiehgt lose isn't the way to go, but i am very impatient especailly when it comes to my weight! so if anyone has any kind of advice for me, please e-mail me at player_hater_1987@hotmail.com, please don't answer on this bulletin, cause i probably won't be able to return here, so please e-mail me any kind of help, i could use it! and i appreciate it all very much!

hey, im 5'5',139 lbs and i feel horrible, ive been going through a lot of stress, and have been feeling depressed lately because of an ex, and a current boyfriend i need to break up w/. So today I totally binged on food, like cereal, and soups, i feel awful. I wuz watching MTV, and i had to stare at super skinny girls walking across stage, i felt even worse. Ive done the whole starving my-self bit, and that led me nowhere cuz the scale never budged, so now im eating regularly again, but, ugghhhh, i just want all my fat to go away. I haven't been to the gym in days, and im worried im gonna gain the weight back. I hate being 139, on the edge, i wanna be 120 lbs, more than anything, so i know that i can eat candy, or a slice of pizza once in awhile and know it won't kill me w/ extra wieght...i just need to get out of this funk im in, and stop eating so much. helpful words would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone! Well, if any of you have a diet or fitness routine or anything that you think will make you loose weight, but your not sure and don't have the motivation or tools to try it, post it here and I'll give it a try if I can (no fad diets, such as the 48hour hollywood diet). this is true, be yourself. you can change all u want on the out side (like loseing weight) but never ever change what is on the inside!

i just heard on tv (and if it is on tv it must be true!lol) that eating 2 bowls of kelloges(i didn't spell that right) special K for 2 meals helps u lose up to 6 pounds in 2 weeks. so just thought that would be pretty cool for yall to know!

Hey!I'm overweight myself and I haven't lost any weight,but I think I could help you. Breakfast:1 bowl of Kellogg's Special K with Skim milk and a banana(or any kind of fruit) Lunch-A turkey sandwich (no dressing or mayo at all),an apple or banana(or any kind of fruit),and any veggie. Dinner-Have a small portion of what ever your family has-just no fastfood like McDonalds,if your family does go,just get a salad..they are SO good! Here's a sample of a good dinner: 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast A salad w/ light dressing and a roll. Snacks-fruits and veggies Water-at least 8 glasses Exersise-Go for a 30-60 minute walk everyday or jump rope for about 15 mins..or whatever.. Tip:DONT DRINK SODA (OR POP)!! and..When you really want to eat yucky stuff like cake,potato chips,ice cream,a hamburger etc..just think of how greasy and yucky they are..think of eating fruits or veggies...
