hey, waz up? i have a problem and was wondering if someone could give me some advice. Here it goes. I recently broke my foot, i'm feeling really down and like i can't do anything at all. I was actually starting to loose a little weight, cut down on junk food and everything. I was beging to tell and was feeling so much better about my self. Now this has happened and i just don't know what to do, i have gained weight, i sit all the time all i do is eat sleep and watch tv. what else can i do? ineed to know how i can keep the weight off when i have a broken foot. is there any exercises or anything. Hello, I was wondering, if I was 5ft 1.5 in (157cm) and I weighed 8 stone (112 pounds) would that be over weight? I seem to hang aroung the 7.5 - 8 stone mark, some times dropping to 7.5, sometimes gaining to 8, but normally somewhere inbetween. The calculator can't take 1.5 inches, and it says 5.2 is neither under or over, and 5.1 is in danger (both for 112lbs). But I think these calculators are too kind. I think 5ft 1.5in should be about 7 stone (102lbs). What do you think?

I must have read a million times "I will be so happy if I lost weight" but I am the first to tell you, you will not truly be happy if you lose weight, first you need to come to terms with your body before you think you will be happy with how you look. i speak from expierence, i use to weigh 175 pounds and now i'm 125 lbs but i still want to lost 10 pounds before my birthday which is in a month. when i lost the weight people said i did it too quickly, and they said i did it the unhealthy way, i dont see it that way but my point is i feel more fat now than i did when i weighed 175 lbs because now all i do is obsess over gainning weight and i fear eating, or keeping my food in my stomach. but anyhow, if you want to talk about why you are losing weight then... im 5'7" and weigh 180lb i had a lot of personal deaths and each of them was very special to me. and i think about them and i'm always miserable and now i eat more and more i gain at least 5lbs a week. someone, anyone please help me.

ok, here is my diet plan. i have givin these before, and i asked for peope to reply if they help or if they like them. but do they? nooooo. guys this works. it really does. and when u don't reply to them i think non of u guys care about loseing weight. and then i don't write them. so if u don't wanna lose weight, dont' reply. k here it is. fill your house with healhty veggie and fruits, and some non fat stuff. no sweets, and yes u can live with out sweets i do it all the time. cut back on snacks, instead chew some gum. try to keep yourself busy so your mind is off food. don't eat and watch tv at the same time. it is a proven fact that u eat more while watching tv. try to take the long way home from school if u walk to school. excersize some more. like sledding or biking or whatever, as long as your body is moving. this REALLY does help. i do some of this and i am not over weight. if i did any more i would be loseing weight so fast. all of my friends lost pounds on these. one of them really stuck to it and lose all she really needed in a week or 2. so try it out.
