hey, ive just lost 5 lbs!!!!! i don't want to brag but i just want to let all of yall know whats been working for me. Im getting great results. Im 5'5 and used to weigh 145, now i weigh 140 and im still going down. My goal wieght is 125. I eat really healthy, 2 slices of toast w/a boiled egg in the morning, half a can of tuna and some vegetables during lunch, and potatoes or cambells soup for dinner. Plus ive been doing Tae-Bo w/ Billy Blanks, it really works, i have tone and muscle definition in my arms, and my waist is getting smaller.
You CANNOT lose weight extremely fast, losing wieght is a gradual thing, and alot of people don't understand that so they give up easily and don't do it for the long haul. Pills and "fad" diets are NOT the way to go, they are extremely dangerous to your health,you could die, and only make u lose water wieght, not fat. I know how it...

OMG, im not overweight, but i want to loose like 10-15 pounds. my friend is 5'5 and 103 while i am 5' and 110. i should b lighter, and since imma cheerleader, i want 2 b not fat. no one could put me up into a stunt because im not skinny. help me loose those 10-15 pounds pleexe. thanx! ^..^

Lately I have gained an enormous amount of weight and I want to lose it.I have become depressed because of this and getting really self-concious. I want to lose around 20-26 pounds. I think it would be easier on me if I had somebody who wants to loose weight also and sort of help eachoter instead of going through all of it alone .Maybe motivate eachother and kind of stop eachother from falling into some certain temptations like chocolate or anything like that. WHEN I STARTED SCHOOL I WANTED TO GO IN AND BE SKINNY LIKE ALL OF MY FRIENDS. I STARTED TO LOSE ALITTLE WEIGHT AND I WAS STARTING TO NOT WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE WHOULD THINK. I LOST 3 POUNDS IN 3 DAYS! mabe 4, around that. sorry if i im braging, but i am pretty happy with it. i weigh 120 and i am 5'5. my friend is 5'6 and weighs 105. i am not over weight, but it is pretty intimanating when your friend weighs more then your plus she is taller. i was hopeing to lose 5-10 pounds. so far i lost 3 and i weight 117! i am movin on down! i found it wasn't so hard either. i didn't do big time deits. it was pretty easy. and the best part is i didn't even have to walk as much as i thought! all i did was start eating a bit healthyer and tried not to have so many sweets. it does wonders to your weight. and not haveing so many snacks helps. i cut back on after school snacks a little. i walk the long way home most of the time now. i don't stop eating meals cuzz u can die from that and i just want to lose a little weight. so i just skip some in between snacks. if i want a... If you want to lose weight the right way, excercise should be part of that routine. The best websight I've found is www.fitnessfind.com. You can find everything from yoga to kickboxing, to running and swimming. Have a good time with whatever you like to do. Also check out the calorie calculators to see how many calories you've burned.

Please help me, I've been trying to loose weight for the longest time, I got down from 165 to 155. But that's it, and I've gained a few pounds back in the past days because I ate a bunch of junk food. I've been trying to loose weight for myself all of this time, because i wanted to. But now there's another reason for me to loose weight, i really like this guy and he's really thin and muscular. I feel like he won't like me unless i loose some weight, i'm 5'7'' and want to get down to about 120. I'm ready to do this now and i just need some tips to get me going. I've planned my week so i can get to the gym 3-4 times a week for 1.5 - 2 hours each time, (i'm waking up at 5:30am but if it's gonna work it's worth it.)so please anyone send me tips on how to eat healthy, eat less, exersize more, and more effectively and just tips on how to loose weight. and the quicker the better. you can e-mail me if you want at lalalalara@hotmail.comthanks

Hey,i've been coming to this site for a while now, and have been slowly losing weight... but I just gained 5 pounds of it back by stuffing my face w/ halloween candy :-( And although I have been still trying to stick w/ my diet I just can't seem to lose more weight. And it is sooo depressing watching all of my (stick-skinny) friends eating anything they want when I can't eat anything without counting calories. Does anybody have any motivation for me about losing weight and why I should stick to my diet? I totally need help before I end up gaining back all the weight I worked so hard to lose!

Hey guys, I'm almost 13 and I'm making a new resolution for my birthday. To take better care of my body. Not just focus on my weight, but my entire body. My hair, face, teeth, etc. And with the new resolution, I'm going to go back on a diet and start excersizing more. And I wondering if anyone had any good excersizes to tone the thigh and buttocks area. I read in a book that you can ride your bike everyday for 6 monthes and your legs won't loose any weight (they'll probably get buffer), because the upper part of the body looses weight first and I think that's what happened to me, the top of my body has slimmed, but my waist down hasn't been affected much and now I want to target that area. Anyone have any tips?
