Ht. 5'5", Start: 200 lb, Today: 462 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I’m really fat, but I’ve only been concerned about my weight recently because I have a little sister, who is obese as well. She is seven years old, 4ft1, and 160 pounds. I feel bad for her, because she gets bullied a lot, but I feel it’s kinda my fault. I mean, she loves to hang out with me, and most of the time at home and just eat and watch TV. She doesn’t like to exercise because it’s too hard to her, like me. I don’t want to be a bad influence for her, but I just love eating. But I don’t want her to become an obese adult. So, I’m thinking of exercising and dieting with her, so we can lose weight together. It’ll be hard, but I’ll give it my best shot!

Captivating, amirite? Anyways, my team has advanced to the state competition, where the top eight schools in NC face off in the final battle. As I have been studying for this for almost a year, you can imagine just how nervous and excited I am. Only problem? I, like so many of us, possess the bad habit of stress eating. Essentially, I've had what is clearly not the best start to a healthy lifestyle change. But I'm getting there. On Saturday, my father unearthed my old bicycle from the attic (where it's been ever since we moved in 2015). Somehow, the condition of the bicycle remained pristine. I dusted, washed, and pumped it, and it's the fastest thing ever. I've made a mid-year resolution: If time, weather, and physicality permit, I will ride the bike at least a half hour daily for six days a week. Finally, I'm cutting out chips/crisps this week. None whatsoever. I can have ONE cookie, but not a chip packet. I plan to proceed with this until junk food has been replaced with meats and vegetables. Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - so I have friends but im not sure if that'll be the same when i become a freshman next year because i feel like my freinds will want to have a better picture for themselves than hanging out with some fat ass i play base ball and foot ball but i feel like in my head that gives me an excuse to get to eat more i have many calorie counters on my phone and step trackers but most of the time when not playing sports im just eating fast food/junk becasue thats what my parent surround me with an example of them thinking there doing good for me is today. So basically i had a game and my mom went shopping, she came back with cookies,cake,microwavable junk and then when i told her to get me healthy stuff so i can eat healthier she brings back one little bento box thing of grapes,mellon,etc, like as if that is gonna help. my grandma is korean and she cooks alot of korean food like soups and meats with rice and kimchi i feel like i should only eat what she eats idk if you wanna you can add my insta chris_is_chrissed so we can talk.

I saw this website, but I shrugged off my weight and decided to deal with it later, it not being a big issue. Wrong! In PE, I was constantly teased since the clothesline were always tight on me and people would bodyshame me in the locker room. One time, we ran the mile, and I could get one quarter through. My friends drifted from me backseat they didn't want to be seen with the "fat girl" and soon food became my only friend. From middle school to now senior year of high school, I gained over 100 pounds from sadness. Want to hear more embarrassment that happened to me because I refuse to do anything about my weight? In seventh grade, I got stuck in a desk and I hate to be pushed and pulled by several teachers. Another time, my two classes were far apart, and I always arrived late for the second one, huffing and puffing. So if you are losing weight, good for you. If you aren't, be careful or you may be me someday.
