Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Current: 219 lb, Goal: 185 lb - I've been reading lately about different food disorders such as compulsive overeating and night eating syndrom, which I suspect I have because I fit all the symptoms of nes, eating over 50 percent of my calories at night and not being able to sleep without high cal foods...what are your thoughts on these disorders?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 160 lb, Current: 174 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay, so i'm just experimenting with weight loss. I want to loose weight, but I don't think i can make the sacrifice. I love ice cream and pizza, and i'm not sure if im willing to loose those. I joined guard at school, but i ahve only seemed to gain weight. If anyone has any tips or anything, i would seriously appreciate it.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Current: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Well I didn't weigh in again, I think i'm avoiding the scale...haha But yesterday I did ok i guess no big complaints plus I got a really good work out in so I feel really good about myself. But lets see a lot of people were asking me how i lost all the weight and i actually lost like 45 lbs and was down to 155 but i kinda gained some of it back but really all i did was cut out the bad put in the good and exercise everyday. I mean i know it sounds incredibly easy but thats b/c it is, i mean my main problem was fighting off to not just eat when i was bored so I just found stuff to occupy my time. Oh yea another great tip try eating mini meals. I eat like 5 mini meals throughout the day and it really helps ur body b/c it can break down all the small stuff throughout the day compared to... Ht. 5'3", Wt. 158 - My family is driving me crazy!! I am an emotional overeater, so when someone makes me mad, or if im sad, then i eat. My mom made me soo made today that i ate like 10 hersheys kisses and 3 oreos. Im so stressed out right now. Ive already gained like 8 pounds the past 10 dayz cuz my dad has been back from a militry deployment so my mom bought a bunch of junk food. So, yeah im fat and im stressed and im mad at my mom, and i want to eat. Hope everyone else is doing dandy!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 268 - hello all. my name is madi, see ok i have struggled with weight for about my whole life haha. i have been pon many diferent diets and weight loss plans and everything!!!!!!! i know you would consider balemia and anorexia a eating disoreder but i have a differnt kind of disorder. i binge ALL the time when i get stressed or depreesed. i dont really excersise. i mean i dance, but thats about it. i get so angry sometimes at myself cause i wont do anything about my weight. my whole family is beautful except me of course. i, the "fat" one. i am known to be funny but honeslty it just is something to cover up my insecurity... i have lots fo freinds and i have been on and off with some guys but its not real relationships with guys...like i want something totally differetnt but i cant have it cause im not pretty enuf. i feel like i want to losse weight for ONE guy,. Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - I have compulsive eating problems. I can do good for a really good, eat healthy & excercise. Then, usually on the weekends, I'll be bored and lonely. Finals are next week and i am really strssing out over my biology final and i am a stress eater so i like ate a whole bunch of chocolate instead of eating lunch and my stomache hurts and i ate sooo many calories and im so frustrated!!!
