Ht. 5'6", Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 89) - hey i m 5'6 and weigh 148 compared to all my friends i m fat i try and try to eat healthy but it doesn't work like i'll be good all day then i get home after school or after i m done babysittin and i'll have nothin to do so i sit and eat a lot i can't help it if anybody has any ideas on how to lose weight pleazzzzzeee help me also i waz wonderin if diet buddies worked?

Ht. 6'2", Today: 256 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey every one. OK, I way 256 lbs. and i'm 6ft.2in. I lift weights, but it doesn't seem to make my stomach or tits dissapear any faster than sitting around would. I have been doing more exercise lately, but it doesn't seem to make my gut go away, even though the scale says I lose ten lbs. Last year, I played on my schools football team and went to every single practice and gave it my all, I mean I ran my ass off and lifted till i could feel every muscle in my body. At the beginning of the season I weighed 255 lbs, and by the end, 2 months later, i weighed 225, but it didn't look as though I had lost a single pound, and I drank PLENTY of water too. So if anybody's had this problem and gottten through it, or you know how to deal with it, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Today: 175 lb - hey i'm 13 and i weigh about 175 i really try to lose weight but the more i exercise the more i eat...my mom is always on my back about eating healthy because she doesn't want me to end up like her(overweight,high blood pressure,diabetes,ect) and my sister weighs 123lbs and had stayed that way ever since the 7th grade until senior year in high school...it's not like i wanna be fat and every online diet program i try to sign up for i have to pay...please give me tips,advice,or just talk to me

Ht. 5'4", Today: 115 lb (BMI %tile: 59) - im not overweight cuz i weigh 115 and im 5'4 but i got this 4 overweight ppl. i got it off this site. i dont think ppl look @ the stuff that much here cuz they ask bout how 2 lose weight. well it says:Cut in half whatever you usually eat, eat half, and save half for later. You're not giving it up, because you can have it later. If you're at a restaurant, ask the waitress to box up the half you don't eat and take it with you to have the next day. Even cutting just a third or a fourth off will help. The idea is to eat the same things you are used to, just less of them. This is hard for the first week or two, but then it gets easier. Cutting down by little steps each day may be easier. Then it's like a new habit. You don't even miss the extra food. You can then adjust the size of the servings you eat, so that you stay where you want your weight to be. Hi, i wanted to share some of my tips on a HEALTHY diet for all of you. It isn't any spoof about no eating meat or no breads or veggies. This makes sense. All you have to do it find the healthy calorie intake for your height and weight...(A 5'0-5'9 person weighing 110-140 should consume 2000 or fewer calories a day, and no more than 50 grams of fat) Once you have found that you just need to make sure you don't exeed your limit. I have found that the easiest way to do this is to write it down and at the end of the day calculate everything. Also by writing down what you eat, you are much more aware and don't eat some of the very ungealthy things you used to because you become very aware of how unhealthy it was. Please take this into consideration before trying anything extreme. I lost 17 in one month. It was a great feeling to know I put my mind to something and i really did it!
