well my bestfriend just moved in with me and we both weight around 150 and 5'4 and we want to weight like 115 buy august so were goin to work out everyday and eat really good.. super pumped.. comment if we can do it we a lil motivatin

OMG!!! my mom doesn't LET ME EXERCISE ENOUGH. she doesn't care about my weight - she herself is extremely sedentary all her life and buys junk food too. she says that looks are not important (maybe that's why my dad divorced)and i should focus on school and academics.i hate her 4 this - talk to her every freakin day- she doesn't understand. i can't do much against her, but she makes me wanna die. i'm very lonely and have no friends.i'm considering running away or going to foster home. plzzz help.

I'm finaly in the healthy weight range!!!! Yay! I'm 143.5It took me, I think 4 weeks to lose about 5 pounds. It does come off pretty slow. My goal is 135 for now. When I reach that, my new goal might be 125. I don't know. Love u all!!! Remember, it takes TIME (that took me sooooo long to figure out)

Here is a very good healthy diet, and excerise. First, you must always make sure to excerise, so take it by steps, start with 5o sit ups, and 50 pushups the first day and for this for about 2 weeks, then the next week double it, and so on and so fourth. Instead of soda try drinking juice and lots of water, through the day, also try playing, swimming biking, blading, skating, whatever you fancy, and also try to be in some type of sport, Next, on to diet, try eating banans, apples, anything that is fruit through the day, eat 6 times a day, if you are wondering, No this is not bad, in fact its the best, this is a diet from Europe, In America, over 50 percent is obeise or overweight, so, eating 6 times a day will be good for everything of your body, next, for breakfast have some fruit maybe 3 peices. hey. I am 4'10 and i weigh 115 pounds. I have an exercise bike at my house and all during the week i pedealaded some days 30 minutes , 10 minutes , 20 minutes but everyday i pedaled. what body parts does that reduce the fat in? and how soon will i notice it. and whjat are some otehr good exercises. please write back. and if u read this may 16th its my birthday!

I'm so proud of myself i actually did not feel the need to cheat today (yea for me). Now i truly know i'm back on track. But i was wondering i'm a size 11 in jeans and i was wondering what size u guys are if u weigh 115-120?? I was just wondering what size of jean i would be when i get down to that weight. Ick... I got food poisoning yesterday from something I ate at lunch so I didn't eat any supper. Is that really unhealthy for me to do? I mean I was throwing up all night last night and I just couldn't eat anything. I'm not sure if I can eat anything today either... I'm feeling really queezy. What should I do?? It's so unhealthy to skip meals but I don't think I have another choice.

well i went on a diet and i ate life half size meals, but i was still hungry. and i dont really like having fruits as a snack cause it does not full me up, so i decieded to to just make differnt flavored icecubes and eat them instead. its really good
