hey people, i was just wondering if anyone in here has the same problem as me and what they did about it. i am 5"3 and weight 177, although thats down from 189 which i was just a few weeks ago i still have the same problems and dont see how loosing weight can help. my 2 best friends both have boyfriends who are best m8s and i feel very left out and feel like i am not wanted there when i go out tiwht them. i just feel that no matter what i do no lad is gonna b interested in me. it realy gets me down because i feel it is making me less confident about myself. anyone in a similar situation or has advice? xxx

What is up w/ people asking if they can lose 10 lbs. in 2 weeks and stuff like that? What also bugs me is you know it is unhealthy! I mean would you like to get sick by losing that weight and then look bad all the time b/c u r so sick. If ur weight bugs you that much you should find a support group. NO HARD FEELINGS!!! DON'T GET MAD PLEASE!!!!!! but truly if u really want to lose 10 lbs. lose it in like a month!-GOD BLESS-

Happy Memorial Day. Anyways Today I think that I did really good for my weight loss. I had a half bowl of cereal, and I had one for lunch and then for dinner I had two and thats all I have had all day :). And I had one soda. DONT DRINK DIET SODA it has side affects. And I am really not hungry. Has anyone had the McDonalds Salads, and are they good?. And is loosing 2 lbs a week healthy?. Well Plese respond :)

hi guys its me again yesterday i posted message about the special k diet to see who all waunted to do it and i bwas amased who all gave me a message well this is how you do it they are 4 easy steps #1. eat a serving of kellogs SPEICIAL K or specialk red berries ceareal for brakfastwith 2/3 cup of skim milk and fruit. #2.replace lunch or dinner with the speicial k meal #3.eat your third meal as you normly would #4.eat fresh fruts and veggies for snacks and consume beverges as you normally do you can lose about 6 pounds every 2 weeks and you can lose up to ONE PANT SIZE in 3 WEEKS THAT IS PRETTY KOOL BUT YOU MIGHT THINK IT IS A LONG TIME BUT IF YOU DESPPRET AND WAUNT TO LOSE WEIGHT you might waunt to do this diet i am and it is my first day to tri itme samantha and ashelon are doing it together if u whaunt to do it whith us plese reply and thanks alot love ya...amy

To be able to run and jump without worrying about hurting myself.4. To look good in a tight dress.5. To be able to wear shorts in the summer.6. To be able to go swimming without being self conscious.7. To feel I can go swimming at all!8. To be able to run with my grandchildren9. To be healthier.10. To not have fear going to the doctors, because he'll make me get on a scale.11. To be able to wear a bra that actually fits.12. To not worry about lawn chairs breaking.13. To not worry about where to sit at a picnic or on an airplane.14. To not get "those looks" at a restaurant, even when eating normal food.15. hey lisa- the atkin's plan isn't a diet pill or weight loss patch. it's a diet where you eat only 20g carbohydrates for the first two weeks and then add on 5g carbs every week afterwards. it's a lifestyle cahnge but you lose a lot on it. go to www.atkins.com to learn more about it...just make sure you do a lot of reasearch before you go on it with the foods and such because it's all or nothing and if you cheat it won't work...
