Yay! I am really happy!!!THis is the first time in a LONG time I have really lost some weight. Since I started my diet 2 months ago, I have lost 14 pounds! Now I weigh 170 and I am 5'7", I still have a lot to work on though. I didn't really put myself on a strict diet either. I am just getting involved in a lot of activities and I learned how its good to be hungry sometimes and how I don't have to have snacks between every meal (most of the time lol) Good luck to everyone, YOU CAN ALL DO IT IF I DID!!!!!!!!Any questions?
