this is just for my ladies dont fall into the whole pin thin phase our generation id going thru focous on bieng healty not pin thin i as you all now from top model was the only plus out off 13 girl and i made it relly far in the compitition im 5'9 180lbs 42E-28-42 and fabulous you guys are still young you shouldnt worry about weight if you are chunky like lets say your 5'6 and weigh 145lbs you only would need to losse 8 lbs too be at a healthy range and if you are obese a bmi of 30 or higher you should see a doctor so the can putt you on a diet not these website users so keep healthy keep active and always stay fabulous

At the beginning of my freshman year in high school, I weighed 249 pounds. I hated getting dressed in the morning more than anything else, because it reminded me of how bad I was going to look the rest of the day. I wanted to fall asleep one night and just dissappear, and never have to face the world in my ill-fitting clothes. But I soon came to realize that just sulking and being consumed by my misery was doing nothing for me, so I made some changes in my lifestyle. I started walking to and from school, and trying to get in a half hour of walking on top of that, every day. I quit drinking soda pop (and haven't had any since then, and I don't miss it at all!!) and stopped going to fastfood places. i use to be 188 punds until i went on this diet that says that you can only eat 1200 calories a day but you can whatever you want soo i did it and now i weigh 133 pounds and its great! dont get me wrong i am still not to my goal but i am happy that i lost so much.

Hey all! So I'm now about 167-168 (from Feb. 184 lbs). My current goals are : drink more milk, eat more fruit, exercise 2-3 times a week, have sweets 2 a week. Believe me you can do it! A few tips: 1.) eat veggie soup with whole wheat crackers as a filling snack 2.) stop drinkin soda!! especially diet soda!! replace that with ubsweetened tea, lowsugar juice, water and milk! it helps so much! 3.) no secobd portions. Keep goin!

I was able to get in better shape by eating less of everything I eat. I also started taking karate classes so I am more active and have more confidence in myself. Not skinny, but getting better.

i haven't been on for ages but when i was last on i weighed around 260 but now i lost alot of weight i've go a tip for you guys firstly if you don't already at your shool have a exercise club suggest to your gym teacher. i spoke to my gym teacher about wanting to lose some weight a she was really nice about and said she would help me so before school at lunch and after school i would go to her and she would give me exercises to do, its been two years and i have lossed over 160lbs try my method it really works trust me

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 118 - hey everyone :) Well my highest weight was about 145! Imagine this short girl 5"2 at 145! I got really depressed because a lot of people were making fun of me and also i looked really abd in all my clothes. I think it was grade 7 when i started to diet as in eating vegtables, fruits, cut as much rice as i could out of my diet, and tried to cut sugar. Now its grade 9 im 118. before i only dieted, now i am excersising using TURBOJAM if you guys every heard of it.. its REALLY good, i reccomned it to everyone =D! tips that worked for me: - fill half your plate with veggies - drink water before you eat, while you eat, after you eat ..this is REALLY good for you & u dont eat as much - i nvr tired those fad diets. I EAT CAKE lol i eat foods i like but let's say i know im gunna eat pizza for lunch for dinner i eat lotsa veggies & fruits - EXCERSISE! its really easy for you... (view more)

Hey! I lost 8 lbs. in two weeks by just eating really healthy(and exercising like twice a week). I gained 11 lbs. in the summer so lately when i go to the mall i end up crying but today i went and everything fit, i got a ton of stuff!!!

i went from 227 to 183 from june 29 till now and i feel amazing. all you have to do is count your calories and it becomes easier and easier, its a lifestyle you must remember that/ ask me questions at.... ill give you all my screenames when i stabalize mine.. good luck everyone!

I started a diet on September 15th and I weighed 189 lbs and today October 29th I weigh 169! I'm so happy 20 lbs in little over a month and I didn't starve myself either. I ate healthy foods all the time. Took sweets out of my diet and I starting running. My next goal is 160! I'm keep you updated when I loss the rest.

well i went to my friends house in the end of september and i was 165 pounds, my highest weight ever! then i decided the 2nd week of october i was going to do that special k bar diet for a week for i did! and i went to my friends house 2 days ago and weighed 160 pounds! i am not continuing the special k bar diet this week but i am eating healthy and little portions. also how i lost weight was DONT EAT BREAD. not eating bread helps you lose weight a lot. trust me you don't need it. you can find other things to have at lunch besides a fatty peanut butter and jelly sandwich. try a energy bar, or a yogurt, or a breakfast bar.

HEY EVERYONE! I went ot the doctor today, he was super proud of me and told me I was doing a great job. We had a little chat, and basically all I need to do is continue to eat healthily, add in some more arobic exericse, and not get hooked onto the whole body image thing (a.k.a. no starving yourself!). He told me it was importnat for me to learn this stuff now than when, in a few years, it would be almost impossible to reverse! So he told me my goal weight should be between 140-150 lbs (for my body type), so I stuck to 145! By May I wnat to have lost those extra 23lbs! :0) He told me he saw potential in me becuase I studided a lot about nutrition and he KNOWS I can do it! I was so motivated! Actually, I'm goign to wwork out right now! Bye!
