hey everyone:) i'm going 2 have a pool party over the summer right after school ends and want 2 lose a lot of belly fat, arm fat, and thigh fat any thing that will him me loose weight sooner (before summer) would be great:)

im over weight and all my friends are skinny i hate it because i cant wear skirts they show of my legs and i want to loose around 2 stone what can i do?  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Hi, first of all i would like to say that i really like giving people advice about diets, but now i need advice myself. I weigh 170and I am 5'11", i am sick and i have been eating more than my share of icecream lately, also can anyone tell me a good exercise that you can do in the morning?

i need help i am a fat cow i am 11 and weigh about 250lbs i excersise and try to eat good but i keep shoveling the food in. but its really not my fault that im like that about three years ago my grandma died and with depression i gained over 100 lbs and the depression is killing me because i keep gaining more weight wat should i do

hey well i was wondering im learning how to skateboard and im 145 will that help me loose weight and eating healthier also going for a walk for 30 min for 3 days is that a good diet?

ok... well i have been eating a lot of junk food lately :( well anyways i have an exersise plan.. first off everydays at 5 i will go for a bike ride wit one of my friends for 20 - 30 mins and i will run around outside for at least 25 mins a day and while i watch t.v. (WwE rockz) :) i will be doing crunches jumpin jacks and push ups to help me. and when i wake up i will do 25 crunches and when i go to bed i will do 25 more everynight and iwill try to eat less junk food and eat healthier and im 5ft or 5'1 and i think im 160 now i will weigh myself tomorrow tho. YAY b-day on friday! ;) well anyways wish me luck and good luck everybody!

hey u guys thx 4 the advice i found sumthang to make u full and its no calories.Ok well if you ever get hungry get a big glass and fill it with crushed ice and then fill it with cold water and u can have that in it fills me up so then i wont have a snack and it is no calories! and this is what i did i played tennis 4 30 minutes today and then i had dance 4 1 and a half hours so it comes out to a total of 2 hours. is that enough? plus me and a friend made up a exercize routine cuz we r losing weight together i am so hopin u can lose liek 10 pounds n 26 days cuz my birthday is march 27 which is easter and my birthday party will b soon n since i live n florida on the beach so ya agh!!!!!!!!! i still need help w. thighs n butt!!!!!! thx again bye

I have a great TIP. On the Denise Austin website, i found how many cals u should eat on a 1500 cal diet. Here it is... Breakfast-300 cals Midmorning snack-100 cals Lunch-400 cals Midafternoon snack-200 cals Dinner-500 cals. I bet u peeps probably know that, but just incase there u go. ~jenna

Hey everybody, I have a question. ok... what do u do when u eat a lot for a meal like breakfast and then feel terrible for that? i knew what i was doing, EATING. I had a slim fast muffin bar and a banana. then about 2 hours later i had cheese nips, a nutrigrain bar, then a piece of toast. What do u guys do when u guys mess up like i did???
