I am 12 and 1/2 I weigh 142 now but I won't tell you what I did weigh. I do not know the answer but I thing my uncle does when I stay with him I lose weight loss of it he likes to eat nuts fruit and lots of strange stuff some of it is OK some not. he is old and looks good my girlfriend likes him more than me. he should write everything he eats don . he says that some foods are poison that the manufacturer made than front shXX. asked him if you like I will give you his email address treakle@juno.com he is cool good by Joan

Hi, I am 5"7 or so and weigh 190 with my cloths on. I really want to loose weight by the end of July and need some ideas and motivation. Should I drink water a lot and have Slim-Fast for lunch. I am swimming 2 times a week with my aunt and I am mowing my grandma's and her neighbors lawns. Do you guys think I will be able to loose at least enough weight to loose my stomach flab and malebreasts? Please give me any dieting ideas! I am looking forward to a slimmer summer vaction. THANKS! Hi I'm almost 13 and I weigh 185 and I'm the 4th largest in my grade. I NEED HELP! I get teased all the time and I've even thought about committing suicide. Help me! I am way over weight for my age. I have tons of friends and no one mentions it. I keep trying to lose weight in many ways as making my self throw up, skip meals, drink all water, but I never lose weight and I can never stick to a plan.

I am extremely overweight. I know everything I need to know about weightloss from studying it through many resources. However, I cannot put plans into action very well and keep them up. Establishing healthy habits it not one of my strong points, especially in a house that is full of junkfood and overprotective adults. All in this house we own is sweets, and I'm forced to eat them since there's nothing else. I also can never get outside because my mom is very overprotective of me and will not allow me to be outside for any period of time except for at Recess at school. I am also overweight because it's in my genes. My great grandmother was overweight and so does my grandmother, and my dad. I am frightened of the risks of being an overweight child because I am most afraid of diseases I could catch--like my dad has heartfailure from being overweight and by drinking. This situation feels like one that's impossible to overcome, unless you all could help! I'd appreciate everything you could do to help! :)
