Ht. 5'8, Wt. 250-sommin - HELLO EVERYONE! well as you can see im 15 years YOUNG and am at a weight, honestly NO ONE my age should be at. no offense to ANYONE on this site, which by the way is truly amazing :) well here we go so NEW YEARS ;) right around the corner. and i have 6 months, thats only half a year excuse me i only have 5 till JUNE! and i have 2 till march.. my goal is ill say 20 pounds ATLEAST by march and then i have my 60 lb goal by june! i think i can do it and i know all of you can... im gonna do this with the help of my weight losss buddy JENNIFER :) and DDRMAX2 (Dance Dance Revolution) along with this workout thing my mom wants to do, something from the biggest losers, the dvd workout i think and then eating well im not sure yet! well im gonna try my hardest this time, harder than i ever have! and i wanna make... Ht. 5'1'', Wt. ... - So how do you get fat off you thighs? I don't wanna concentrate on my weight at the mo', I just wanna get my ass smaller, and maybe my thighs, see I came on the this site a really long time ago, and I'm kinda almost ok with my weight now so I thought it might be time to move on and concentrate on how my body looks, and I am seriously heavy on the butt and thighs, compared to the rest of my body of course lol so any advice? Ht. 5.6, Wt. 147 - are digital scales very accurate? i told my mom to get me one but i wanted to make sure that they are 100% accurate. i have read some custumer comments about these scales they said they weren't accurate. and are they expensive? all the answers will be really helpful. merry christmast to all.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish - Hey everyone, I haven't posted in a long time on here. I'm trying to stay away from dieting sites lately. I'm no longer dieting well kinda but not so hard anymore. I'm trying to maintain b/c for christmas I'm getting 3 new pairs of pants, 6 shirts, a jacket and a sweatshirt. So I don't want them all to be to big on me as soon as I get them all. I like my size now. I'm a 12/13 in juniors pants and a M-L in juniors shirts. I eat oatmeal or cereal w/ a banana for breakfast, a salad for lunch and oatmeal for dinner. If I want a snack I have an orange,an apple or a graham cracker. I'm drinking lots of water lately too. I don't drink to much milk or juices but I do get some so I don't deprive my body of it. I also work out 3 - 4 times a week now for 50 min, and burn 500 calories. I used to work out every day for an hour or more but I wont do that anymore b/c I don't want to lose much more. 5 pounds would be ok but I like my body now. I hope you are all achieving your goals! Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - Hey guys, I was thinking that it may help all of us, if we, as a group came up with weekly challenge. I mean, someone comes up with a goal (something reasonable, like drinking enough water, or eating fruit everyday, or something that will help our lifestyle change), and everyone who wants to participate posts at least once a week to share how successful they were with that goal. It will be more motivation for us. What do you guys think? Would anyone be interested in this kind of thing?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 130 - Hey guys, I was just thinking about body images and self esteem. When I was 10 I was 120, I didn't feel good about myself, and I was really down. My mother wasnt much help always calling me fat, and putting me down. I'm sure ya'll have similar stories. Well, she brought be to a dietision. Now in theory its a good idea. Maybe it was just my case, but she had me write down what I ate, and always put me down every week when I went to her. She even critized my height, like I had some god like control over that. hmm I was just wondering if anyone else went through that. thanx ya'll, and good luck with ya'lls diets. Its probably the only time when a team chant can be YES, WE LoST, or LETS GO LOSE!.. lol *((Lizzie))*

Ht. 5ft9, Wt. 210 - I found out thatI am actually big boned, it's not an excuse, becuase I'm still too fat. but it's encouraging the reason i have a big back is becuase i'm big boned. A way you can tell if your big boned is by looking at your wrists, the thinnest part of them(because you do not carry much fat around your wrists) and if they are quite chunky, then you are big boned, especially if you can quite clearly feel that there is a bog bone there.
