Ht. 5'10, Wt. 235 - Hey i've been here a dozen times before but this time im going to finish this, i've been on and off dieting for the past 3 and a half years and now that im graduating this year i figured what the heck lets finish it now. i need some good pointers on dieting, i know i should be a pro but obviously what i was doing is wrong b/c i didnt stick with it. so if someone could help me gimme a reply

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 175 - hey im just having a lil bit of problems with getting back to my normal wieght from when i had my baby but i used to not really have to exersize that much besides like sit ups and i cant really go for many walks with a baby in the snow so if you think u can help telling me about any indoor exersizes diets that can help with slimming thighs and lower stomache that wud really be great my email dark_gray_flower@hotmail.com

Ht. 5"4, Wt. 150 - I'm reallly really happy todai! because i have a weight problem and i really hate the way i look so i usually go on crazie crash diets and stuff like starvation - which DOES NOT WORK, i starved myself for like a week.. well ne whoo late november i weighed 157 and now thank God i lost 5 pounds!!! and all i did was really watch what i ate.. so i'm gonna try and get rid of 15-17 more pounds of "extra" weight lol.. does ne one have ne suggestions?

I asked my sister for help, and she is being really helpful, and we came up with a good plan, but when I was about to have one of my favorite healthy snacks that my mom suggested, plain yogurt with some of my mom's amazing homemade jam, my sister said i shouldn't and that jam was all sugar! She suggested something else, and I replied with "to tell you the truth, that doesn't really seem like it would be good" or something, and she said "because junk food is good!" (sarcastically!) I got mad at her because I NEVER eat junk food! JAM AND LOWFAT PLAIN YOGURT IS NOT JUNK FOOD! DORITOS AND FRENCH FRIES AND PIZZA ARE JUNK FOOD! I don't know what to do! Ht. 5'1'', Wt. ... - Ok...so everyone's telling me to do cardio excercise and that you can't spot excercise but what about crunches? They work your abs right? There should be some kind of excercise that concentrates more on the butt and thighs no? Help me out here please oh and thanks to everyone who bothered to give me advice, I really appreciate it.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. *** - For those of you interested in the weekly challenge, I'm thinking I'll start it next week, so this week, we can just focus getting rid of the extra Christmas pounds, and getting back to our weight before this week. It should go away fairly quickly, seeing that it was only a couple of meals. Anyway, do any of you have any ideas of what the weekly challenges can be? I've thought about drinking 8 cups of water a day, maybe eating enough fruits for another week...ummm, yeah,so what are your ideas?

Ht. 5'11", Wt. 180 - Hey guys, is there any way to lose muscle? I know what some are gonna say... "U Want to GAIN muscle because a pound of muscle is better than a pount of fat.. blah blah blah bullcrap" lol, sorry, but I dont care, I wanna know if there is a way to lose muscle? Especially in the upperarms and ESPECIALLY in the chest!!! Thanks so much.

Ht. 5'5/5'6, Wt. W. 156 G. 135 - I just got a ddr game for my x box. thats cardio right? i was just wondering if ne one has lost weight by doing DDR. i think more peopel should try it gets u sweating and ur heart rate up and u brung fat, the best part is its addicting and really fun.
