Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - I need a little advice..I am taking this weight loss in sections, 20 pounds by Feburary 1st and so on..I hope to have lost 100 to 110 pounds by December. By eating around 1500 cals a day and playing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) 1 to 2 hours per day or more. Is this reasonable...because in the past when i've tried to lose weight I lost 11 pounds in one month..but then I quit sooo you guys help me out..cause this is my plan :)

Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - Wow!!! I haven't been on here FOREVER!!! Our connection got suspended because we were on it too much, hehe. Anyway, as of 20 minutes ago(for me at least) it's 2006!!! A new year to change our lifes. To kick this off, I am starting THE WEEKLY CHALLENGE, right now!!! This week's challenge is for everyone to do cardio exercise AT LEAST 30 minutes, 5 times a week (I encourage you to do more). I hope this will be just an added boost for me, and everyone else, to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle. Ummm, I guess we'll see how it goes, but I'm planning on Sundays, everyone who achieved this goal will post, or something, and we'll start a new one for the next week. Good luck everyone!!!!

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna say... - Heyyy peepzzzz.. I knowww this might sound really really pathetic but whatever I asked my neice and nephew to help me. I asked my nephew to bug me to ride my bike for 30 minutes everyday while he iz here and I asked my neice if she would bug me to go for a walk everynight I am really lazy and want to get out and do something about it.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish? - Hey everyone, Hope you all had a fun new years eve!! I did. I made tons of new years resolutions but my main one is to fit into a size 9 in juniors. Right now I just fit into an 11 so one more size!!!! How long do you think it will take me to loose the weight if I eat healthy and work out about 50 min a day??? It's basically about 15 pounds I noticed is a new size for me.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 150 - this is so hard. this is day 3 of my diet(2 lbs of water weight gone!)but it's SO HARD. last ngith was new years eve and my friends CHOWED down on doritos(MY FAVORITE SNACK EVER) and ice cream and i had not one bite. i just stuck to water. than this morning we woke up and they made chocolate chip panacakes. i asked if it was okay if i just had an apple.(for some reason i get really embarressed that im dieting, so i just said, "ehh i'm not hungry enough for pancakes...can i just have an apple?) and than for dinner me and my friend ordered chinese and i had a healthy sized portion of chicken and brocoli-WILL SOMEONE TELL ME IF THEY THINK THATS OKAY? anyways, so i havent eaten since about 6:00 and my SKINNYSKINNY sister just made a hamburger, and i have peanut butter and marshmellow fluff in my fridge and i wanna...
