Ht. 5'3", Wt. 157 - ok, i used to be 185lbs a couple years ago, and then i lost alot of weight (went down to 135!) by not eating any refined sugars and exercising. i kept it off for a year then my mom got cancer and my weight started going up again! well, now that my moms gonna be better then ever i want to fix my weight problem. any advice? the sugar thing is 2 hard right now and i feel that advice and support will get me down to a nice 120 area. and if anyone wants a diet buddy my email is meetmenowokbaby@hotmail.com (long story about the bad email....lol) thanks

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 193 - hey guys. i'm going to do a three day detox. it has enough cals so that's why i'm doing it. you can lose 9 olbs the first time if you do it correctly. here's how it goes: first day, starting at 8 am, every two hours you drink a low sugar protien shake (mine is soy). at six you eat 6 cup of veggies with some meat, or half of an avacado. the next two days starting at 8am, eat a serving of fruit every two hours. for dinner do the same thing: six cups of veggies with some healthy meat. do not eat canned fruit of juices- because that process destroys all of the antioxidants and adds a lot of unneccesary sugar. take the rest of the week off- don't binge or eat seriuously unhealthy, though. just don't be as strict. i think i will do this once a week, and be healthy- but not worried for the time i have off. that... Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna say... - Heyz... I have a problem I don't eat healthy at all. I barely eat breakfast and if I do it'z w/e iz in the house (which iz not healthy) and for lunch I take a peanut butter sandwhich and buy a bottle of water and then for dinner I have whatever my parents cook. I also have been eating moreee junk threw out the days I keep having ice cream after school and takin chips to school and buying mountain deww which I'm addicted to I just want to be a healthy weight and keep it off I want to get to 120 and then if I'm not happy I want to get lower...- Montana...

Ht. 5 5, Wt. 135 - i havent been on this website in about a year but i want to give some encouragement to everyone trying to lose weight the healthy way. I went to a diet when i was in feburary of my 10th grade year and lost 30 pounds i used to weight 165 and i went on the lean cuisean and special k diet i ran in place for thirty minutes and did my lateral thigh trainer it really isnt that hard when u get use to eating right and working out you have to put your mind to it and when you really think about it when you eat that 5th candy bar your basically saying i wanna be fat and i dont care how i look just tell yourself that and you wont want to eat it thats what i did when temtation came good luck to all of you and have a happy and healthy new year

I didn't eat breakfast today and for lunch I had a peanut butter sandwhich an some cheetos and for PE we did kickball I ran once...yup I had ice cream after school and then I went for a walk 7 blockz to my friendz house and ran around and hung out there I went home another 7 blockz I had one chicken strip and a half of one I plan to do 200 jumping jackz later...I did badly today... :(

Ht. 5ft5, Wt. *** - is it uncommon to overview ur body in width? for some reason i view myself as wide and , i dunno about others, but when my mind has an issue it stresses on it, wheter its a basketball game, a grade, a girl, or weight or something... Ht. 5'3, Wt. 128 - if anyone wants to know what weight watchers is it'a this thing where u get a certain amount points for food u get to eat(points are chosen depending on weight) u eat very balacend, but nothing is restricted if u keep it in ur points it's ok. plus everyweek u go to this meeting where u get great tips and just enjoy urself, plus it's nice because this diet u can do ur whole life. Plus for every week u get flex points so if u ever go a touch over it's ok as long as u dont use up ur flex points. or u could do weight watchers other plan, core, this plan helps u stop ur cravings because u eat a lot of whole grains and organic stuff and u can eat as much of u want of it except when u eat a sweet a core u have these points to the side and u have to check how many points that food was worth off

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish - Hey everyone! How did I do today?? First off I got up at 6 a.m and worked out for 30 min BEFORE eating breakfast so I could burn stored cals and have my metabolism burning faster today. For breakfast I ate : Oatmeal, bottle of water (150 cals) Lunch : 97% fat free turkey sandwich on 35 cal per slice wheat bread, bottle of water (150 cals) Dinner : Big salad w/ celery,onion, carrot, and 97% fat free turkey w/fat free salad dressing. Since I ate dinner early I might have an orange for a snack but those are neg cals.:) I'm gonna work out probably another 40 - 50 min, do 100 sit ups and 50 push ups. So how did I do today??
