Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey guys..I am starting this weight loss thing with my friend and we want to look good for this summer to fit into swimsuits and we really need some help on losing weight..I am drinking water and trying to cut back on sweets and startches..I am also going to start walking and dancing..does anybody have any tips for me?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 165 - soo my mom came into my room this morning and said that mystepdad and my brother were at chick-fil-a ..what do u want..i said ahh i dont know ill just make sumthin here..my mom left my room and she came bak in and said do u want a salad..so i said sure(shes kinda figured out that im on a diet by suspision) chick-fil-a is my all time favorite place 2 eat and yet i resisted the urge 2 get what i really wanted (a chicken sandwich and french fries)..the salad is good but i didnt like the way they seasoned the chicken(i spit it out when i took a bite and then took the rest out) and i took the cheese out because u cant really taste it on the salad and why would i leave it on for the extra calories when i cant tell the difference..oh and i put light ranch dressing on it- only like 60 cals!..since i took the chicken off i crumbled some croutons on it (they r so good!) and saved some 4 another salad..so the salad it only 200 cals at the most! good luck 2 every1! ~andrea~

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey guys..you have all been a big help but I still need to know some good workouts to do and things that i should eat..I dont know what I should do..I like to swim but in the winter i cant so i dont know..what about walking? or what about using those workout videos? that might help some..and then in school we do excersises in pe and stuff..what about basketball? ohh yeah..food..umm..what about fruit and water and stuff like that? i dont know what to do..or eat..does anybody wanna be a diet buddy?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 165 - so how did i do 2day?..i didnt have breakfast b cause i woke up at 12:15 and for lunch i had a salad 4rm chickfila-175 cals snack: 55 goldfish-140 cal (i was so happy when i figured out goldfish were low in cals!)dinner: bowl of chili with a sprinkle of matzerella cheese on top and 5 crackers-id say about 300-350 cals and the for dessert i had a protein strawberry smoothie-200 cals

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 190 Ilbs - Yeah, yet again on another run to lose weight. All of my friends are so pretty and skinny, and I'm really jelous. I've started drinking slim fast, and I think its helping because they make it really easy to think of what to have for breckfast and lunch. So from now on I'm going to have Brekfast: Slim fast and fruit Lunch: Slim fast and vegtables Dinner: Whatever my family has (my dad's a diabetic so we usually eat pretty healthy). Along with this I'm also going to do weight training every day before bed (It usually makes me sleepy, so...) and I'll go for walks and play DDR and stuff. I work pretty much every weekend and that involves a lot of walking so that's enough exersizing alone. I'm going to grad this year so I want to be really pretty for my dress. :'( I wanna fit into a pretty one so bad.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 156 - hey.. i have lost 40 pound in a year!!! im so proud. i watched what i ate and limited my portions i also excersied every day(well almost!) instead of constantly punishing myself and eating diet mad food all the time i rewarded myself with a 'funsize' chocolate bar no bigger than half of my thumb. it made me satisfy mmy sweet tooth and also i didnt have to worry about all of the fat from a normal size chocolate bar. it really worked. i hope to fit into a bikini by the summer!! what do yu think??

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 193 - I'm back muhahaha.. er well kinda... My b-day is the 18th so dont freak out when Megan 17 posts... its gonna be me lol... so ne how.. yeah like I aint been on a lot... hate the new biggest loser... or last weeks... Got an exercise bike and a weird thing kinda like an ab lounger .. dunno.. but been doin that for 2 days... I accidently gained a few weeks ago but now I fit into 13s again.... well school sucks been way behind since my mom had surgery... 2 friends died the 5th and my cousin might have hep. B... so like yeah lots of stress but I'm tryin to stick it out... tryin to go 6 miles a day on the bike.. I feel like I'm losin and everyone says I look great but I wanna look better than I do still... still 43 pounds to go... I know I can do it tho. just take time and patients... I dunno... ne comments? oh yeah and I drink water like a freakin elephant lol.. Talk to u all later.. nice catchin up with u lol

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Hey everyone tomorrow I start my new diet. Breakfast I'll have a slim fast shake, lunch : Salad Dinner : Another shake. I found some old shake mix in the pantry that was never opened so i'll try it. It looks like it's still good. My mom said I shouldn't eat it but she doesn't like me dieting so idk if she means it or just idk lol. Anyway Slim fast is supposed to make you loose 3 - 5 pounds the first week and 1 -2 the following weeks. The powder for the shake tastes good still and since it was never opened im gonna try it out. Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:208 G:145 - I've been eating really good lately, having a small bowl of weight watcher cereal with fat free milk for breakfast, a turkey breast sandwich on wheat bread with mustard and veggies, and then chicken breast and a veggie for dinner and if I get hungry, I'll have a peiceof fruit or something, but for some reason I'm not losing ANY weight, if anything, I'm gaining it. I try to work out as much as I can, but I'm really busy with school and work, so that leaves me little to no time. I used to eat 2000-3000 easily in one day and I wouldn't really gain weight, at least not in a short period of time, so now that I dropped my calorie intake to 1200-1500 a day, I should be losing, right? Even without excersise? I'm so confused and frusterated because I'm not. Can anyone help and tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey guys..I found this site and thought it was really neat..I just wanted to know if anybody knew any good websites for recipes and stuff that is good to eat to lose weight because I really want to lose weight for this summer!! I am trying to get down to maybe 120-130 and when I do I am going to get my belly ring!! So everybody needs to comment me and tell me how I should lose weight!! I am going to start walking mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays, saturdays, and sundays with my mom to try to lose weight but I don't think just walking is going to help..I am also going to try to cut back on sweets and just drink water all day. Does that sound good to anybody? Please comment me!! Thanks!!

Ht. 5' 7", Wt. 210lbs - I am a 19 year old male and I have been having trouble with weight-loss for a year now. I was 197lbs January 2005 and now I am 210lbs. I am very healthy, I also work out on a daily basis, so I am in pretty good shape but I am trying to get down to 161lbs. I was down to 170lbs before and boy was it hard, I was consistent. Now, I got the mind set to drop 45 pounds again. However, its not working! I don't know if my metabolism has gotten slower from when I was 17-- I eat sparringly and work out! I do the eliptical twice a day, doing approximately 4 miles a day. Also, I got the Billy Blanks Bootcamp just recently, now four days.. I only ate a bowl of cereal with skim milk, cup of coffee with half/half w/ sugar, and a salad with ranch dressing.. thats all! And I do the work outs, but I just don't understand why I am staying at 209/210lbs.. It used to be so easy, I remember losing 2 pounds a day! I want to get down to 161 by March 3rd.
