Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 140 - Has anyone tried the Nabisco 100 Calorie Packs? I really like them. I think that they help me stay on track because I can have a little snack without the ridiculous about of calories to go along with it. Do you guys know about any other snacks that are lower in calories? Also, How do you guys feel about artificial sweeteners? Do you think they are better than sugar or do you stay away from them all? Thoughts & Opinions are greatly appreciated. I apologize if I wasn't supposed to post this.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 159 - Hey guys! Ive done so good so far. yesterday i had smart start and an orange for bf .. lunch i had subway (honey oat turkey breast veggies and mustard)a small bag of baked doritos a few bites of my moms fish tacos.. then dinner i had a huge salad with a tuna sandwhich... then today i had 1 cup of smart start and my orange.. luch im having a lean cusine its a ravioli type thing 270 cal. with a bag of carrots and an orange. (im on an orage kick right now if you cant tell haha) then for din im gonna have grilled chicken with veggies then maybe some apple sauce for a snack.. i didn't go to the gyn yesterday cause i was swamped with school work but im going tonight and im gonna try to get a good hour workout in..my goal is to be about 130 by the end of the school yr in june (so about 30 pounds) I already ... Ht. 5'2", Wt. 10 more pounds to go - I used this site over the summer before I went on a cruise and it helped me to loose 13lbs in 6 weeks and had me feeling great and looking great. Well unfortunately due to the holidays i have gained a few of the pounds back and have been trying to loose them and a few additional pounds but keep failing everytime i try to diet again. Unfortunately my boyfriend has a very fast metabolism so when I'm with him I feel that I can eat as much as he can but I can't and have ot learn that. So i figured i'd come back to this site for the great support that helped me the first time. I plan on starting tomorrow and hope to loose 5lbs before Feb 4th (approx 3 weeks). I feel soooooo much better when i'm exercising and eating healthy just so hard to do sometimes. But I know I can do it again and i'd like to get back into the healthy lifestyle. I wish everyone luck!!! And thanks in advance for everyone's support!!

I eat so healthy, but I haven't really been exercising. But the results are already so drastic:), my jeans are all very loose, and my shirts fit nicely. Plus, when I suck in my stomach.. it actually kinda looks like I'm sucking it in hehe. I've lost 10 pounds so far, and I know I can stick to my diet for a very long time because I actually like and crave the foods that are good for me! I write EVERYTHING that I eat down in my little journal which I carry in my purse, along with how many calories each thing I ate was.. and I always make sure to measure EVERYTHING so that I don't overeat. I always make sure I have protein, because it is very good for you and it is essential in losing weight! For lunch, I usually make a turkey burger (their already pre-made, so the serving size is correct, their 160 calories.. 22 grams of protein, and no carbs or far!!) with no bun, and no toppings.. because they taste so good without them anyway! I almost always have a salad with it too, I am obsessed with these Almond Accents (their made by Sunkist) I put a tablespoon of them on my salad and their only 40 calories! And, I usually only put about half the serving size of dressing on my salad! I don't eat bread, because when I don't, I lose sooo much weight and it stays off as long as I keep away from it.. which isn't hard for me because I am very determined and I have a lot of will power. I also like to make my "meat salad." haha I cook 99% fat free turkey burger meat and use Frank's Red Hot Sauce (no cals or carbs) and chili powder (no cals or carbs) and then I mix a little bit of sourcream in it and then put a lot of lettuce and it tastes just like something from taco bell but with only about 200 calories! I usually only eat about 600-800 calories a day, but it fills me up and I don't get cravings.. rarely I do, and I'll just eat some veggies or a piece of fruit! I love hamburgers, and the 99% fat free turkey meat is very healthy and lean. Everyone, if you really want to lose weight.. you know how to do it! Eat healthy, and exercise! You just need to have willpower, because in 2 weeks you can go down on pant size if you try hard enough! Good luck everyone!! (view less)
