Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna say... - Alrightyy... Here iz my problem.. I think I do okay UNTILL I come home from school. I usally be lazy and sit on the computer all night and I usally eat junk and buy junk after school and I can't help it. I'm usally bored and nuttin to do so I sit on the comp and eat or watch TV and eat cauze I have nuttin else to do. It'z been rainy and all shiittyyy out and so I have been making the most of what I exercise at school and doin two hundred jumping jacks everynight at home. I'm going to wake up an hour earlier tomorrow and try and get some exercise in b4 I eat breakfast then at my normal time I'll eat some ceral or something and my lunch will be the same a peanut butter sandwhich and an apple an a bottle of water..how doez that sound? I really wanna get down to 120 I'm thinking of posting a full body... (view more)

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 177 - well last monday i officially started my diet and i was 179lbs! and i pretty much messed it up because in my exercise and diet routine i am ment to exercise everyday but i exercised 3 times which included cardio 40min 100 sit ups and weights - im ment to do it every night! oh yea my diet was kind of ok but i ate about 8 kit kats ( the 2 finger ones) a bag of crisps, a mas bar, 2 fero roches (however ya spell em!) and did nt drink much at all stuck to water but sounds stupid but i sometimes forget to drink! well any way i weighed myself this morning and i have lost 2lbs. My way of thinking is - if i lose 2lbs and not follow my diet strictly, think of how much per week i could lose if i stick to it properly!
well today i have eaten - 2slices on bacon(grilled) tomatoes and mushrooms, 2 apples, and a brown roll with lite spread and dairylea. Im not sure what to have for tea yea thou?? hmm well im off to exercise now lol lv loz ps hope everyone is doing well xx

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 380 - Is 1250 calories a day not enough for my size. I made a plan with 5 mini meals a day- and all together it adds up to 1250. I need to lose weight. So I dont know if that is going to hlep me or not. By making my body think its not getting enough. Please reply!

Ht. 6'2, Wt. 270 - Hey Everyone! This year, I am planning my comeback. Over the past year, I gained about 30 pounds and I was already overweight. It was all from snacking and being away at school. I am starting my first day at the gym tomorrow and I am going to work the hardest that I can to lose weight. I wanna get down to AT LEAST 225 pounds by July. I'm just tired of being so fat all the time and now, I am taking action. Well....I'll keep you all updated! :-)

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey guys..I was thinking about planning out my meals ahead of time so i will know what i will be eating the next day..for breakfast i was thinking about yoplait light yogurt and orange juice or water..for lunch i will be at school but i usually dont eat much..the most i ever eat at school is half of a sandwich and a couple of french fries and tea..and then for supper i guess just whatever we have with water to drink. Does this sound good to anyone? Does anyone know any good diets to go on? I was at the bookstore yesterday and I saw this book called the diet for teenagers only..i was wondering if anyone has ever tried that? Maybe i will buy it..but i dont know..what about eating out? What should I get when I eat out? Please reply..I need some serious help!!

Breakfast: 1 serving of Kashi Cereal with a little skim milk(250 calories) Snack:an apple(60 calories) Lunch: Veggie sandwich on whole wheat bread with mustard(170 calories) Dinner: Bowl of low-fat vegetable soup and 4 big whole wheat cracker things that are high fiber(300 calories) I drank tones of water and some diet cranberry pop. How did I do?
