Ht. 5'2", Wt. 10lbs more to go - Well today was day 1 and I'm feeling good. I woke up early and had 2 eggwhites and half of a grapefruit which is usually my breakfast anyways. I tend to pig out b/w lunch and dinner and then on snacks. Otherwise my meals are usually healthy and portion control isn't a huge problem for me. I just will need a snack before or after dinner so i'll go for the cookie or something and instead of just having one i have to have like 15!! ughhh anyways so after breakfast I worked out on the eliptical for 30min!!! Burned 368 calories!!! Then did some crunches. Anyways now i'm just having a snack of grapes. Figure i'll have a salad with some coldcuts or something for lunch and then for dinner i'm making ground turkey meatloaf w/mushrooms and mashed potatos. And then for dessert i have either one of those no pudge ice cream bars or some light popcorn. Well goodluck everyone!!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:205.4 G:145 - Okay, I think I'm over my problem of thinking I'm not losing. I decided to only weigh myself once a week and when I weighed in this week after laying off of jumping on the scale a few times a day, I actually lost weight. I'm down to 205.4 from 208 in just my first week. It's so nice to know that I'm losing and I'm actually doing it right(mostly) I have a long way to go, but the hardest part was the first week. I am now on day 9 and I'm feeling awesome. I even have people at school calling me beautiful. It must be the self confidence. If I can do this, anyone on here can, just believe in yourself, don't give up, and get pass the first week and you'll be fine. :) Have a nice day everyone!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey guys..thanks for all the great advice on here..I really appreciate it..I just got through walking for 30 minutes outside of my house..in school we are doing tumbling and alot of stretching and running in gym so I think I am doing pretty good with all my excersises. What do ya'll think? I still am not sure what I should be eating..any suggestions? Thanks!!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181 - Ok guys i posted yesterday and im on weight watchers and there was a gurl saying that she had no money to join.Well in response to that if your under 18 with a doctors note u can go with an adult for free. Thats if your under 18 and have a note for your doctors but you HAVE to go with a parent/gaurdian.Ok thats all i wanted to say ...

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 165 - ok 2day i had a pretty bad breakfast..i have 2 eat whatever my mom makes it was sausage and gravy and biscuits n e wayz i had 1 biscuit with some gravy and sausage on it ..i burned some of it off in softball and then 4 lunch i had a half of a pb and j with barely n e pb and not that much jelly either and some baked lays-110 cals and some grapes and water. for a snack i had some more baked lays that was 110 cals..and then 4 dinner i didnt do so well either ..i had a shake and bake porkchop and i ate about half of that with corn and i ate a whole cresaunt roll oh and some beef rice and i drank some skim milk like i always do with dinner..and for dessert i had a strawberry protein smoothie with splenda not sugar in it. i got mad at myself for this bad day so i did 100 situps, 100 crunches, 100 backwords situps(lifting legs up in air)40 squat jumps, and 200 jumping jacks..i plan on doing some pushups..i hoped i burned enough! so how did i do 2day?

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 240 - Well I have not been on this site for a longtime, maybe around 2 months. Anyway I started my "diet" in september 2005 which was followed by 1 hour on the treadmill everyday and some other exercises I would do here and there. I weighed myself last night and I have lost 44 pounds since september. All I basically did was exercise every day of the week for 1 hour, on the treademill. I also eat much less then before, 3 meals a day not too big, no snacks in between really. Anyway I hope I keep it up, I know its tough sometime to keep at it because you feel tired from the last days exercise, but you got to push yourself. Heck I feel tired right now, But I plan to exercise soon.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - is this a good diet and exersize plan? *breakfast* one slice of toast with no butter, a small glass of milk, water. *lunch* peanut butter and jelly sandwhich or a fruit salad and water *dinner* salad and water with no snacks inbetween and then for my work out *before school* bike 15 mins and do push ups and sit ups for 10 mins *after school* bike - 30 min. walk - 1. hr 15 min. crunches and push ups - 10 min and every 3 days cardio - 60 min. how much weight do you guys think i will lose by may? My goal is 110.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. start:195 now:188 - uh qestion how much is ddr can you get it for play station 2... and do you need a memory card? ok another, my moms a lil over weight like i am, we do weight watchers to gether and everything, we have a gym membership but so far ive only been there once and that was in september!, i always felt like she helped get motivated but latley sehs been saying things like your obssessed with how you look, and she was like you have it in your head to your fat and ugly and that no one loves you, she doesnt understand that i want to be healthy i am so sick of feeling trapped in my self so sick of feeling like theres no one out there that has to deal with people at school everyday... she wont help me get to the gym, and she wont but anything for the house... what can i do to get my excersise in?.. i really wish i had someone who lived near me, to walk with or somethin... help please.. i NEED motivation

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna say... - Heyz. Today I ate a bowl of corn flakes for breakfast a peanut butter sandwhich, apple and a bottle of water for dinner I had chicken noodles or as known top ramen. In PE I did 20 minutes of badmittin or w/e. I also did 30 minutes of abdominals work out thing and 20 minutes of upper boder it was all on this dvd. Their iz abdominals, upper body, lower body,total body toner on there...so how did I do today??

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 185 ish - Hey, y'all! Ahhhh, I have had such a good day/last night! Well, this doesn't really have anything to do with weight loss, but it put me in a great mood so I worked out as soo as I got home today... I won a BIG playwriting contest yesterday with a play I wrote!!!!! Yay!!!!! I am so excited! Also, before I found that out, my mom gave me something new to try. She got this thing called the "Urban Rebounding System." Has anyone ever heard of it? Well, it's this trampoline thing but it's not actually a trampoline -- it's smaller (technically it is but they say on the video that it isn't -- oh, well!) -- and it comes with a workout video with all these different workouts -- like starting with beginner and moving up!
