Ht. 5'0", Wt. 124 - Hi there, I have a couple of questions. I have been tryin to lose weight ever since June of 2005. So far I have lost 13 lbs.(my goal is to get down to 110) I dont think it looks like it at all and no one has noticed so i am kind of discouraged. I have been slowly gaining back weight which hasnt been helping my attitude. I was wondering if anyone knows if the reason why it doesnt look like i have lost weight is because it isnt enough to notice or its because i have probably been focusing on calories more then how much fat i take in? Because i mean i have lost weight but i havent lost the fat around the belly and chest area (which the chest area is really embaressing for a guy :( ) I hope someone has some answers or tips to help me lose the actual fat so i look thinner.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. start:195 now:188 - ok i screwed up yesterday because i had a lot of stuff to do and my mom was throwin up, but i didnt over eat at all, but what i ate wasnt healthy at all... so right now im gonna have eggs and wheat tast if i have it w/ smart balance butter, mybe an apple, and some skim milk

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181 - Hey guys i haven't been on here ina while and you guys probably don't even remmeber me since i only posted once hehe.Well i recenty Joined weight watchers with my moma and its been great. Including that i started goin back to my gym for an hour on Monday's wedsdays and thrusdays.My mom and I are both losinig weight and its been better than ANY diet ive ever tried. I have alot of energy and i'm alot more confident.So i just wanted to say that even tho the process may seem boring or slow keep with it and dont' give up !!! --There once was a snail that was climbing a cherry tree all the other snails said"Why are u climbing the tree if there arent any cherries up there?" the snail replied "because by the time i get up there, there will be cherries"this reminds me of the slow process of weightloss but by the time you are done it will all be worth it ! NOTHING taste's as good as thin feels !

Ht. 5"3, Wt. 165 - Ok today I think Ive done well... I had a really small bowl of low GI musli coz it expads in your stomach so u dont need alot.. yeah that filled me up heapz..then for lunch i had two massive handfulls of lettuce and some lean chicken breast.. a cup of green tea..and ive had 1 litre of water but im gonna have one more and then go on my rowing machine for 40 mins...good luck!!!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. --- - OMG ya'll I have started on LA weight loss!! AND they say that if I follow the diet and excercise then I could lose, get , this, 37.5 pounds by May! And some people lose like 20 pounds a month. And OK I am really really sorry but I cannot say what the diet is because each session costs something 1200 dollars so sorry :( I just wanted to share my good news....

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey..i did this work out video today..it was called the silver foxes and it was old people and the video was my grandmothers but it had a really good workout on it and i think i did pretty good..i am going to start doing that every day..ohh yeah..today i ate for breakfast-3 chicken minis from chickfila and hashbrowns and orange juice..lunch-bean and rice burrito from taco bell with diet coke..dinner-beef and cheese chalupa with water..so how did i do? i am doing great with the excersises but not with the food..what should i do?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 179 - today ive done sooo bad! well i had no breakfast, no lunch and then at about 2pm i have a hamburger happymeal with pure orange juice from mcdonalds snack - bag of crisps, for dinner ill be having - roast chicken, vegetables a few roast potatoes and a yorkshire pudding and ive just drunk a pint of water. oh yea and an apple! I cant be bothered to exercise tonight because ive walked around 4miles in total today! ill aim to do alot better tomorrow! Hope everyone is doing well! lv Lauren

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 380 - Hi guys im so exited I was able to walk up and down my stair TWICE befor colapsing on my bed out of breath!!! I was so exausted after half way up but i gritted my teath and got to the top and than i went down which was really hard because i have steep steps and not very good balance. By then i was heaving but i got back to the top with only one break!!! I feel so great iv never done that in resent times. I kinda treated myself to some pie after that but thats ok...it was like a 5min workout and usualy i can only manage 2!!! I drank alota Rockstar energy drink b4 i did it though so that helped me keep goin! IM SOOO SORE but yes i just cant belive i did it. thanks!! KELLY

I saw tana's post about blowin money on food.. well what I do is I go to the store or delia's clothing (online delias.com) and I check out some clothes I really really want to fit into.. I save the picture to my computer and look at it every day.. when I am close to fittin in it I blow some money on it.. and by the time it gets here I can hang it on my wall and be really close to fitting in my new cute pants... when I fit in there I repeat the process... also remember when you lose a pant size, it feels soo good you want to do it agian.. dont give up~
