Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna say... - Wellz... here iz another day I completly screw up. I think I did okay wit the exercise but HORRIBLE wit the food as alwayz... I hate getting money I always end up going down to the store and blowing it on junk and I can't stay away from any junk I do good with exercise and stuff but it wont help me at all if I don't eat healthy. I try and cut my food in half and eat less but that's hard too because I just want more and more especially to junk... :( I'm 180 so far and I'd like to be at 110-120 hopefully I can get down to that by July or somewhere around there...tipz?

Ht. ??, Wt. ??? - Hey, i have a huge problem with binging! In a typical day i eat bf-breakfast cereal, snack-a bar of galaxy a bottle of iron brew and a choc freddo, lunch-packet of crisps, another galaxy bar, another bottle of iron brew and another 1 or 2 freddos, snack-yoghurt, choc biscuit, dinner- whatever my mum makes, snack- anyfing i can get my hands on i,e cakes, biscuits, cereal, crisps etc. i no i have a huge problem and eating that much chocolate everyday has actually made me addicted, it sounds silly but im sure i am i get huge cravings for it if i havent had any that day and i usually get a headache if i dont eat any at all in a day! i dont know what 2 do bcos everytime i try 2 eat healthily i just binge even more I NEED 2 LOSE WEIGHT though bcos ive gained nearly 20lbs in like 6 months! plz plz help me! x

Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:208 G:145 - How many servings of carbs should I have a day in order to be losing weight? Currently, I'm eating about 3 servings. Weight Watchers cereal for breakfast and then throughout the day, maybe two peices of 100% whole wheat low cal bread. Some days it varies, but I'm just wondering if this is okay, or should I cut down? I try to eat the carbs earlier in the day, so I can burn them. Also, another question: I'm drinking about 2qts of water a day, is that good? Or should I add more. Keep in mind, this isn't all I eat in a day. I'll usually have a serving of protein and lots of veggies and maybe a yogurt if I get hungry. Thanks to all that answer. :)

Breakfast: Eggs, sausage/bacon, pankakes snack:poptarts, chips Snack:MnM's Lunch:Pizza, chickein fingers, cheese burgers, taco salad snack:sandwitches snack;somthing usualy cookies or browinies dinner: burgers hotdogs steak baked potato, frenchfries, spagettie, macaronie,bread adbutter, mexican, chineese(have that ALOT!!) desert-pie and icecream snack: somthing sweet!! snack:Sandwitches Ok i know that its a really bad diet but its what ive been eating. i put like everything that i eat at those meals. i dont Eat ALL thatin oneday lol.

Ht. 5"9, Wt. 377 - I have decided to cut bacon out of my meals as a first stepto being healthy. I ususaly eat alot of it and its one of my favorite foods. If anybody knows any activities i can do while not standing or walking because thats really tough for me for extended periods of time. Like meby an activity where i sit and do something. Yoga meby? I cant really do crunches and obviously not pushups. If anybody knows how to cut the fat on your thighs especily because that would help because they are really to fat to let me do alot of weightloss activites. thanks for everybodys support!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 165 - i went 2 the restaraunt where my sis works at 2day..and they make the best chicken fingers and french fries..but i fought the craving and got a salad with blackened chickin..and it was soo good!..i am so proud of myself..and i still have leftovers!..i had the dressing on the side so i could onbly put a little in..so it was like maybe 300 calories at the most compared 2 like 1000 calories the chicken fingers and french fries would have been!..good luck 2 every1! ~andrea~

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 finally!!! - Omg I'm so happy! Woooohoooo!! I'm finally 170!!!!!! Today marks the day that I burnt 60 pounds in my diet since I started!!!! I'm so happy! I was on a plato for sooo long I was stuck in between 175 - 180 now I'm 170!!! I screamed when I weighed myself this morning!!! :) Anyway today I ate Breakfast : oatmeal (150 cals) Lunch: 97% fat free turkey sandwich w/ 35 cal per slice bread and a bottle of water(100 cals) Dinner : BIG salad w/ NO cheese (I'm not eating cheese to many extra cals I don't need, then I had some pineapple. I was a bad girl though my mom made home made cookies and I had a few so to punish myself (in the end I was happy I did this) I worked out for 130 min!! I burnt 1300 cals Yes that's 1300 cals!
