Ht. 5'2-3, Wt. 137 - I'm not technically overweight, but I'd still like to lose weight. I have a busy work schedule that keeps me up until the early hours of the morning. It seems I have a hard time getting exercise in. So I generally just watch what I eat. Anyone have any suggestions for getting some more exercise in without losing sleep?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. Start: 220 Now: 197 - well this morning i went to the gym and did 1 hour on the bike (15-17mph)half an hour running on the tread mill about 15 minutes of weight training and 15 minute on the eliptical. i have been doing pretty much the same thing for the past week. It's thursday and i have lost about 4 lbs since sunday. For breakfast i had a carrot. for lunch i'm planning on having 2 eggs whites on toast. and for dinner vegitable soup and an apple for a snack.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey everyone!! How are you all doing? I was wondering if anyone knew the maximum amount of weight I could lose in a couple of weeks? I have this thing coming up and I need to know how much I can lose before it. I walk a lot at school and I have been excersising when I get home, plus we do a lot of excersising and running in gym. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should eat? I really need to lose some weight for this thing that is coming up. I am around 205 pounds..does anyone have any suggestions? Please reply!!

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - Hey i have a question. I have been drinking water for about 4 or 5 days, and that's all. i've been eating really good. and i just started school. i walk to my friends in the morning about 20 minutes. and walk home about 40 minutes. then i skateboard for about 10, and i play basketball too. Thing is..since i started drinking so much water, ive GAINED weight! How long does it take for the water weight to drop, and how to i get rid of it?

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 210 - I used to be soo skinny, and then i put on like 30 pounds..I had this 6 pack goin and now i have a tummy..i have these love handles that jiggle bad.. and i have boobs, and i am a boy...i need help..how did this happen./

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 193 - Hey sorry have to be all happy and tell everyone bout my happenings today... I rode the bike for 6 miles at 11-13 mph.. no breaks when I usually take 3.... then I jumped off of it and went straight to the easy shaper and did 600 leg presses no breaks on high resistance.. when I usually take 4 breaks ^_^ so happy lol.. sorries... keep it up everyone good luck .. press on cause one day.. you'll be a thin person and think back on this... and how you are so proud for pushin yourselves...

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 10 more pounds to go - Well I just finished a great dinner. I made turkey meatloaf w/mushrooms. I had a medium helping of meatloaf to begin with and then went back for a 2nd smaller helping. Though i'm still a little bit hungry i figure i'll wait like a half an hour and have some blueberries w/coolwhip for dessert or one of my fun no pudge ice cream bars = )

Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - so 2day 4 breakfast id say i had about 300 cals(really bad)..i burned some of that off in softball b4 lunch..and then 4 lunch i had what i always had..a half of pb&j sandwich with barely any of the pb&j..and 11 baked lays(110 cals) oh and grapes..4 dinner it was really bad i had like 500 cals!..so i did over 1000 jumping jacks, 200 crunches, 100 situps, 50 pushups, 100 backwards situps, and 30 squat jumps..i needed 2 make up a little for tha extra cals

Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - I need to know how I did today guys..I cut back on my breakfast meal intake until I can buy healthy filling foods. I had ONE slice of bacon, 1 egg and 1 piece of toast with a little margerine spread on it and a glass of milk. For lunch I had about 5 baked chicken tenders and 4 tator tots and milk. When I got home I was a little hungry, I had a little salami sandwhich with mustard, one slice of salami (70 cals) two slices of bread (80 cals per slice) and i've been drinking water since I got home. For dinner i'm making chicken noodle soup from scratch with carrots in it and water instead of lemonade even though one glass of lemonade is 60 cals. How did I do..and later on today/tonight i'm going to play DDR

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 180 - I was down one more pound at weight watcers yerterday !!! YAAAy therfore i got my blue TEN POUND RIBBON ! WOO HOO !! I also just got back from the gym where i did 15 minutes of strenght traing , 10 minutes of weights and then 5 minutes stretching ! After that i went on the eliptical for 35 minutes and burned 300 calories !! WHOOOOO i feel GREAT! Lol i love the natural high excersise gives you!!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 182 - I've been on this diet for about a week now. I eat yogurt and a small bowl of cheerios for breakfast,for lunch I eat 2 granola bars,and for dinner I eat a sandwich with pretzels and a three muskateer bar for desert. After dinner I walk a mile everyday and I drink water and occasionally a diet dr. pepper. With this diet I've lost 6lbs.How am I doing?

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 10 more pounds to go - Ok well i just had a great lunch!!!! I had half of a wrap (40 calories) w/3 pieces of coldcuts (50cal) a little hummus, red pepper and lettuce and a side salad = ) yummmy though i'm still hungry so i may have a piece of fruit in a little bit
