Ht. 5'4", Wt. ? - hey i have 2 great ab workouts for those who want to tone their stomach....its great for bikini season and one of these helps get rid of love handles!! 1: lay flat on ur bac. the count for these is "up, up, out, out, 1,2,3, down" first you raise ur right leg up in towards ur head (like in a sit-up) then then same with ur left leg. then u push the right one out then the left. this whole time ur shoulders and ur legs should be off the floor. after both legs are straight out again, you count to 3 then you can put ur legs and shoulders back on the floor. do ten of these and on teh tenth one, instead of holding for 3 seconds, you hold for 10. do these every day. 2: its like a sit-up. you lay on the ground and you lift your shoulders and upper body halfway up and your bent knees up the other half so they touch... Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - There are these little skinny pouches that you by at Walmart(only walmart) and they come in a small box. Anyways, you pore one packet into about 16.9 oz of water, I pour it an any size and it still taste better then water, But Someone todl me it was ssupose to be like an alternative to water, that it can still count as your water intake- it doesnt have any sugar or calories or anything(it does have aspartame, so that kind of through me off, cause water doesnt, so...) but it tastes really great to me. Well, at least the peach tea. Has anyone else ever tried them,... or what does anyone think about them even if they havent tried. Just wondering.....

Im so excited...! can anybody who is on WW tell me approximatly how much weight on average can I lose in 1 month...? Ht. 5'8, Wt. 180 - Hey, sorry for not getting on and posting in so long. my birthday was 5 days ago. So I had my favorite dinner: cashew chicken with hop-sing, rice with soy sauce, and chocolate cake with cream cheese icing. So that was like my free day for eating. I have PE every day now so if I try really hard I can weigh 130-140ish by this time next year.

Don't wanna say... - Okay when I first came to this site on 7/7/04 I was 160 trying to get to my goal of 90ish but I'm not trying to get that low anymore my goal now iz 110-120ish and ever since then I gained and now am 180 I have been a total yo-yo up and down wit the weight which is getting on my nerves. To much junk in the house and not enough healthy stuff. I think I do okay during school hours but that's only because I am not home to eat junk or have money to go to the store. I bring a sandwhich and sometimes and apple or banana and I buy one bottle of water I'm glad that I'm not buying no junk or pop at school but when I come home I eat junk or go to the store and buy it and just become lazy when I get home don't do anything besides sit in front of the TV or at the computer. Ht. 5"5, Wt. - - - i had put up a post saying i was trying hydroxycut and someone asked me what it was. its a weightloss pill that decreases your appetite, increases your energy, and burns fat so you can lose more weight and in not that long of a time. it is ephedra free so its better for you than many other people. there are still risks but in my case i feel like the benefits out weight the risks. you have to ease into it slowly though because of the amount of caffeine in it

Like switch to 1% milk and then work your way down to skim milk, use 50% light cheese, fat free mayonnaise (I prefer fat free miracle whip. It has more flavor) and stuff like that. Don’t eat a lot of butter. Try using Butter Buds which are butter flavored granulates. You can find them in the seasonings section at the store. Eat high in fiber foods like whole wheat bread instead of white. Instead of eating regular pizza try frozen smartones or south beach diet pizzas. And instead of ice cream try south beach diet cookies and weightwatchers ice cream bars, weight watchers cake, healthy choice ice cream, no pudge ice cream bars, or skinny cow ice cream bars. It makes you more full when you go to eat your main meal. Don't eat too many sweets. Make sure you don't have soda or chips on a regular basis. Eat LOTS of fruits and vegetables. And drink A LOT of water! Exercise daily. You can walk, or you can run, or ride your bike, or swim. Whatever you choose to do make sure you exercise for at least an hour daily. If you want you can just walk for thrity minutes and then swim for a little while and then just do outside play like jumping on a trampoline or playing basketball. weigh yourself every week and keep track of your weight. if you feel like snacking try drinking flavored water to satisfy your sweet tooth. Pay attention to portion sizes. If the serving size is one cup, don't have more than one cup. Portion sizes are one of the most important things in dieting. And remember to have faith in yourself. If you get yourself down it'll be ten times harder. And also remember to let go every once in a while and eat something that isn't in your diet! Good luck! (view less)
