Ht. 5'8, Wt. 165ish or lower idk - Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted lately been so busy w/ studying and such. I got an offer to sign up for an American National Miss pageant and I took it! I sent out the form and my pic today, I'll find out in about 10 - 14 days if I'm in or not. Just thought I'd share my news. Ht. 5'3, Wt. around 60 64 70 - I am 14 my friends call me ff i want to know hw to looose weight. i tried to loose weight by dieting dancing excercizing and walking. it only caused problems like palpatition. Gym is out of the question i feel. Please advise me how to loose weight.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. mmhmm - So i gained three pounds this week. I don't know how i can gain that much- i really feel like I have been eating healthily. Should I cut down on portion size or should I just replace some of the snacky foods (tortallis, crackers, pita chips...) with like fruits or vegis? I really can't stand vegis...any suggestions on exotic or good ones i should try to include in my diet?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - Someone asked- Why worry about water intake, and to just drink when your thirsty. Well I worry about it because when Im thirsty I dont drink WATER. - And I need to drink more of it instead of other drinks. THAT is why I worry about it!
Geeze, stop harping on the things that people post. I dont drink much water and I am proud of myself for increasing my water intake....Period.Point.Blank.

breakfast i had toast (wholemeal) with peanut butter
and i drank a grapefruit juice
lunch I had a jacket potato with cheese
and for dinner i had steak and salad OK steak bad news but who cares normally i would binge like hell!
OK I HAD SOME PRALINE CHOCKS TOO....ok 6 but still

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 165 - Hey, I'm just wondering how you all resist eating food when you see it and are really craving it. Also, I eat a lot of the time cause I just like the taste of it and I'm not truly hungry, so how do you make a judgement as to when you should and shouldn't eat something? I think knowing this will help me a lot!!! Thanks!!!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 198 jan 05 now 176 - God this weeek ive proper messed up, every week ive being saying ill exercise more but at this moment i just cant be bothered i have no self motivation. I really want to lose 12lbs because then ill be in my healthy weight range - 5 ft 8 ins 9.6st - 11.10st but ill still want to lsose more cuz my prom is in 5 months and im getting my dress in 3 lol arrrgh! i need to lose weight

Ht. 5 ft, Wt. ?? - OK so i have been trying to lose weight before our sadies dance, 6 lbs in two weeks...possible? I am going to jog two miles a day and try to cut down on fatty foods. I have been eating breakfast ( for all of you who don't eat breakfast- start- it gets your metabolism going and you lose weight faster! ) I feel sooo bad because today I got home and fried a tortalli in butter and added chocoalte chips. my stomach hurts so badly and i feel like I shouldn't have eaten it. I really need to stop emotionally eating! Any ideas? tomorrow I am going to wake up with cheerios, skim milk, and OJ, then me and my friend are going skiing for a while- but the only food available to us is the things they sell at the ski lodge- should i try to eat smaller portions or what? Please someone help me to get the extra flab off my body! ARGH!
