Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - alrighty.. well i have a few problems, i may weigh a lot for my height and age, but i dont really look that fat.. its just that i have lower belly problems and thighs.. i was doing kickboxing but since winter came along i didnt have a way of getting to the gym since i live sort of far from it... and exams have started so i havn't had time to go.. i know having that exerise it important but i justcan't fit that in right now... is there anything that could really help that i could do at home to slim down my stomach and thighs? It would also be nice to drop a few pounds

Ht. 5ft9, Wt. 204 Goal 150/160 - ARGH!!! bingeamtic AT LUINCH TODAY It was my friend's birthday so we decided to throw her a lil party, so we all baught a bit of food to share! I baught a bottle of diet lemonade hoping others would consider the diet, but that was pretty selfish! people baught cakes, cookies,sweets, crisps, pretzles! It was great but i ate way too much!!!!!but for the rest of my meals were great! I had toast with low fat/salt butter AND FOR DINNER I JUST ATE A SALAD made with lettice and tuna not full yet, may have some fruit

Ht. 5' 4''-about, Wt. almost 140 - Hi. I seriously need to lose weight. I don't have such a big frame so I look really fat right now. Normally I'm very good and eat well and exercise regularly, so I normally weigh 120 lbs. and even then I could lose a few more for my frame. If anyone could give me tips I would really appreciate it. Ht. 5'7", Wt. WAS:197 IS:183.5 - I just wanted to pop on and see how everyone else is doing :) Pretty good I see. I can't believe it I have lost 13 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks!! And I haven't been excercising! (Althought as soon as it stops getting dark at 5 I have to run 2 miles daily lol)
