Ht. 5'6", Wt. 272 - I am new to this sight and would like some advice about starting to lose weight. I have tried losing weight before but could not stick with anything for long. I need something fun and interesting to do. Any suggestions? I am 272 pounds. I wasn't always this big, but 2 years ago I started getting homeschooled and since I wasn't doing as much as I used to the weight just poured on. As you can see I need some help.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 164.5 - ok ok well this is what i ate today. im keepin a food journal on here hope y'all dont mind too much lol. B- wheat toast with peanut butter and a minute made lemonade (the lemonade was 90 cals) L- like 2 bites of steak cuz i was late for tennis D- burger with lettuce wrapped around it instead of a bun with a diet coke snack- 2 pears (throughout the day)

Ht. 5'8", Wt. um not sure - Hey Everyone! Ok tell me if this is weird. Like I've been doin pretty good trying to get back on track but I'm like petrified of the scale and I honestly don't know y. I'm afraid I guess if its higher then I would hope I'll just get depressed and eat ya know but then if I get my goal or what not I'll celebrate and think I'm invincible and that weight I lost will never come back. Ugh I just think I'm a lil bit crazy but I guess I just wanna big change and when I think I hit it then I'll weigh in. So am I nuts? LoL! *muahz*

Think of it seriously! i watched what i ate aswell... if u have dance revolution this will be perfect for u! 3500 cals in a pound everyday try to work off about 1500..very tiring lol.also only weigh yourself ONCE a week. and remember when u have a craving just say to yourself "did i really work this hard this week just to throw it away on one piece of chocolate?(or w.e ur tempted to eat)believe me if i could do it then y'all can too! much love and good luck! Ht. 5'5", Wt. 138 - Here's the morning excercise routine I do every morning! If you don't already excercise in the morning, try this. It doesn't take a lot of time. March in place for 2 full minutes. Jog in place for 1 minute. Kick legs and swing arms 20 times. (it's like jump roping and kicking your legs out) March fast and do arm punches 20 times. Jog in place 1 minute. March in place 2 full minutes. 20 jumping jacks. 20 cruntches. and you're done in less than 10 minutes!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 138 - Today I ate weirdly! Okay so I'll tell you what I ate, here it goes. I'll caps lock the food I ate so it's easy to tell. For breakfast I had CHEERIOS W/MILK and A FEW SPOONFULLS OF LIGHT YOGHURT. For lunch I got lunch and it was nasty so I had A LITTLE BIT OF TOMATO SOUP and HALF A GRILLED CHEESE SANDWHICH. After that my mom got me and my brother out of school to go meet Louis Sachar, an author...he wrote the book Holes. Yeah after that they wanted to go to denny's so we did and I didn't eat much lunch so I ordered and ate 1/2 OF AN ITALIAN CHICKEN MELT and GREEN BEANS. I also had some BANANA PEPPERS. I might eat something a little later...uhm...how'd i...do?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 290 - Hey guys and girl! I'm new to this site. I weigh 290lbs. I'm also 5'6". I came to this site looking for weight loss tips and advice. I really don't want to do a whole lot of exercise but I'd like to do some and for eating... I don't what to do. My belly jiggles a lot now. Ht. 5'4", Wt. *** - You should try doing Tae Bo once or twice a week. It rocks! Also, I found pilates to be efficient. If your not a runner, try to get distance on an eliptical machine.

Ht. 5 1, Wt. 160 - So far today Breakfast-life cereal(dry) Lunch- turkey snadwhich on wheat bread, lays light chips(i HIGHLY recomend these!!!!!), and milk snack- Lays light chips(SOO GOOD) Im going to talk a walk because its SOO beautiful out then Im going to workout at 5 in my room and core train(light ab workouts)

Ht. 5'4", Wt. ?? - I just wanted to thank everyone on this site. I haven't posted here for a VERY long time, but i couldnt have lost the weight I did without you guys. I came to this site, at age 12, when I was overweight. I tried alot of the things that people said they did, and took the tips that people commented on. Now, I'm healthy and slender. My weight is in the 26th percentile for my height, age, and gender. I just want to say that YOU CAN DO IT! It does take hard work. I found certain things that helped me. I started doing Tae Bo. I highly recomend that. Also, instead of fad diets, just try REPLACING (not cutting) most of your sweets with fruit. And instead of pop, drink real fruit juice. Change your eating habbits. I used to be a mayonaise addict, and now I found something I like even better (Honey Musturd ((like 5 cals!!)). So start today! Do not pull that whole, "Okay, first thing tomorrow" crap, Do it now!
