Ht. 5"3, Wt. 165 - Omg... okay so ive been stayin at a friends house for a week and i ate fairly badly...but coz we were out all the time partying and walking to ppls houses i have lost 6 pounds in a week! like i was certain that i would of gained heapz...but seriously the key is to just go for heapz of walks and plenty of water...good luck

Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - omg'sh im so happy yesterday i ate mcdonalds and ate kinda really bad and i ran for idk how long and i listened to music and ran to every other song and i lost three pounds literally over night from doing this stuff its really great and im gonna try to up the amount of songs i run to every week and i workout on my ab-lounge everyday ohhh im so happy i ran for like more than 13 minutes today and then i am gonna run again and workout on my ab lounge again and then tomorrow im gonna do a dance video thats ridiculously hard but i think its awesome but thanks for reading this and wasting your time but i thought i would tell you so that you would know and you could try and see how it works for you and tell me at mandy_0172000@yahoo.com and if you have any ideas of cardio i could do inside without any machines that would be great so thanks and GREAT LUCK TO YA ALL (i know its supposed to be good luck but greats better than good so yeah):D:D

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 220 - SOME1 HELP ME! I just looked at the scale today and it read 220 lbs!im only 13. before i used to go to my friends house and eat chips and dough nuts and drink soda but i kept telling myself "oh, ill work out l8r" but i never did! i really need to lose a couple of pounds before high school starts or ill be the laghing stock of the whole school. sum1 please give me hints or diet techniques to help me out .:(

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 165 - Please,someone, give me motivation. I ate really badly today and I just couldn't say no to all the sugar. I just really like eating, but I think it's easier when I'm busy so I don't think about it as much. Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep my mind busy and off of it? Thanks so much!!!!!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 249 - hey all. i ve been on and off this site for years now and ive only gained weight... im really ready to make a change the biggest loser is an awesome show and inspires me so much.. my mom mentioned fat camp for summer, but i just dont know.. i want to get healthly look nice.. and i have 120 pounds to lose! it seems impossible... id like to lose 80 by next september! something is always standing n my way and im tired of it... WHY cant i lose weight.. and everyone else can! diet and exericse just doesnt seem like its enough, any other ideas? have any of yall lost weight? share your stories.. im useless

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 167 - I just wanted everone to know that i foudn this great website www.dwlz.com and its this woman who lost a buncha weight with weight watchers and theres a HUGE restaurant list and it gives weight watchers points for all teh stuff on the menu's and calories and fat and all that junk. so if ur watching calorie and fat intake, you can find stuff that might b a lil better 4 you when going out

Heya this is a message for all you girls.What do you do when that special time comes along every month?I always take a break from my diet for the worst day (like today)and start again the next easier day (tommorow).So i dont feel deprevied but motivated to start again.

Ht. 5,11, Wt. 204lbs - Started this weel at 210lbs and have lost like 4 lbs... for the first few days i ate a bagel or ceral for breakfast, a roll apple etc for lunch and normal dinnr like chips or somehting. went to the gym and ran with my dog, it wasnt much but weight came off! then the past 2 days i ate a whole tub of ben and jerrys tonight, and a big pizza 2 myself yesterday woah! gonna go for a big gym session tomorrow to make up for it and hopefully keep it off and help more off. got a long way to go but i need to make it. if anyone has any tips i would very much appreciate it, im not so good with the healthy food as u can tell. Ht. 5'4", Wt. 152 - I heard that if u r a femaile and your weights is over 35 inches or at 35in. ur at a risky for alot of diseases. I have the secret for losing weight and here it is.
Breakfast:Toast with cottage cheese on it with cucumbers and carrots on the side. Drink water or orange juice. The protein fromthe cottage cheese will give you energy for the day.
Lunch:eat chicken breast or turkey breast if you are concerned about the birdflu. With fruit and water.
Dinner:Eat salad with a lot of veggies becaus vegetables help you go to sleep. If you cant do without dressing do a splash of lemon and olive oil. With water to drink.
Remember to excersise 3-5 times a week and at least walk a mile each time you excersise. I gurantee you results.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. ? - hey i have 2 great ab workouts for those who want to tone their stomach....its great for bikini season and one of these helps get rid of love handles!! 1: lay flat on ur bac. the count for these is "up, up, out, out, 1,2,3, down" first you raise ur right leg up in towards ur head (like in a sit-up) then then same with ur left leg. then u push the right one out then the left. this whole time ur shoulders and ur legs should be off the floor. after both legs are straight out again, you count to 3 then you can put ur legs and shoulders back on the floor. do ten of these and on teh tenth one, instead of holding for 3 seconds, you hold for 10. do these every day. 2: its like a sit-up. you lay on the ground and you lift your shoulders and upper body halfway up and your bent knees up the other half so they touch...
