Ht. 5ft6, Wt. 140 - ok im starting to think i dont even want to be skinny!! OMG that is such a lie i do want to be skinny sooooo bad but wanting it that much is just not enough to motivate myself nothing can motivate me god i just crack at the first sign of anything unhealthy! i am soooo bad and it just gets me depressed cos i am sooooo jealous of all my friends who eat exactly what they want unhealthy or not and are all really thin! i am a classic example of a british pear shape! (top half of body 2 sizes smaller than bottom half, small waist, extremely large hips etc etc need i go on) i know i can not change my body shape, i am always going to have wide hips and a bony upper half but i really need 2 lose fat off my ass and thighs they are so huge it looks so stupid compared to the rest of me i am soooo out of proportion! does anybody else have this problem??

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - Hey, is having a plan written down better than just keeping it in your mind?I was thinking that if you like wrote and down or typed it on the computer and checked it off everyday that you'd know you were doing a good job instead of just thinking it.Also,if I start running 1 minute a day and add 20 seconds everyday is that good for my heart?Like it would build up stamina.Plus another part for the cardio is walking an hour a day.That's just 2 parts of a plan, but please give me opinions.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145lbs - Heey I lost alot of weight recently too fast and had to go to the doctors cos i ended up missing periods cos of 'dramtic weightloss'. Im now 10 stone which i think is a healthy weight for my height but i want to be about 9 stone, the thing is my mum wont let me! She says she'll take me back to the doctors and she says i wont look healthy! and all my friends are like 'your wasting away jess!' but its only cos theyre all so used to me being really fat. And GRR it annoys me! All my friends are still way thinner than me and just cos im slimming down they keep saying theyre worried about me. Does anyone have this problem but me? And does anyone think ill be able to be 9 stone by christmas if i walk for about 40 mins a day and eat 1200 cals? (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 275 - WOW!! ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I WROTE HERE!! Well I'm doing good. I was 290 around march 2005...and I have lost about 15 lbs since then. I know this sounds sooo weird...but i tried doing what my friend does...eat every 2 hours...and i haven't gained anything. I thought I would GAIN instead of lose. Well Im a 3XL now and my goal is to be a L or and XL. I have decided I do NOT want to be skinny...I want to be THICK...meaning "fluffy" in all the right places. So that is my goal...oh and does anyone else have a problem trying to eat in the mornings?? Since I've gone sooo long,not eatting in the mornings, I try to force myself, and i just feel sick.
