Ht. 5'5, Wt. 135 - hey all,
i have been running good except for today...i was tired so i just walked two miles instead of running them..this week i have off of school because we started on august 1st and im going to work really hard by running two times a day two miles each time and just doing basic ab exercises how does that sound also im going to try and watch what i eat i really want to lose these last few pounds HELP if you have any advice or tips just share

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 128-129 - Hi, so far I have lost 14-15 pounds. My beginning weight was 143 and now I am 128-129. I can tell it is of fat not of water weight because you can see the difference by looking at me. It took me about 4 weeks to lose that amount. How am I doing? My pants are soooo loose. i am upset though because my best friend is 4'11" and weighs 80 pounds and she is like " i am so fat" all the time all of a sudden and its making me feel fatter. Anyhow let me know how I am doing. bye!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 207.5 - YAY, I lost more weight, I have lost 10.5 lbs since I reached my highest which was 6 weeks ago!!! I am so excited because I haven't weighed this much since January!!! Anyways, I keep on reading that no one can "spot reduce" things they don't like about thier body (like if you have a big stomach). But I was thinking, my lil sis started gaining weight a while ago, and the only place she gained at first was in her stomach(she used to ahave a flat stomach), so I was thinking that if you can't spot reduce then why is it possible to spot gain, and if you can spot gain shouldn't you be able to spot reduce at least somewhat???

Ht. 5'3 1/2, Wt. 155 - Ever since school started I lost 3 pounds and that was a few weeks ago! I seen on tv that they were advertizing that a lot of people lose weight if you eat 3 meals that are all dairy a day. Do you guys think thats true? If not can you guys give me suggestions of diets and exersizes that I could do daily? I'm starting track on monday so im sure that will help a lot. Right now im 155 and 5'4 and i want to get down to 120 within 3 months

DID YOU KNOW: If you were to be absolutely perfect with your eating, and exercised every day for one week, and had the fastest metabolism in the world, it is only possible for the human body to get rid of 3lbs of stored fat per week? thats a fact. Anything else is water or muscle. So all you people out there who want to lose 50lbs in 6 weeks or whatever ridiculous expectations you have, heres the reality check!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 166 - I lost 2.8 this week at my weight watchers meeting everyone! I was really excited. I needed that. But yeah, we got a really good new recipe for desserts if you like them.
Chocolate Banana Pudding Dessert
1 box low fat graham crackers
2 boxes sugar free fat free chocolate pudding (instant)
3 medium bananas
1 8 oz. container of Fat free cool whip
layer the graham crackers on the bottom of a 9x13 pan, and then put pudding on top of that, and then bananas on top of that. Keep layering until you get to the top, and put ALL of the cool whip on there.
ONLY 3 POINTS PER SERVING.
Oh, how lucky I am to have recieved this wonderful wonderful thing. You have to make it!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - I feel embarrased writing this,but I have not been doing well on my diet,I keep saying ill do better tommorow,and I don't.I haven't gained any weight but I have lost 2 pounds,I guess its the stairs at my school.But I have made myself a promise,I am going to start eating healthy and exercising every morning and night.I need to lose 90 pounds at the most hopefully 100..i've been eating greasy foods and candy.I don't eat the lunches at school because its just grease served basically,but I pig out when I get home.Maybe the calorie intake isnt as much as I think but I feel stuffed when i'm done.I'll get back on the right track very soon.Everyone else good luck and if anyone has tips for me REPLY please :)

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 213 - Today I was rather embarrassed, and feel I should share this story, as it might be a changing point by inspiring me to start losing weight.
It's spring in the part of the world in which I live, and today our school began swimming classes. Now, last time I did swimming classes with the school (2 years ago) I was the same height but about 90 pounds lighter. So when I had to take my shirt off there was a few stifled giggles. As well as this, I later overheard other blokes commenting on how there's this (how should I put this?)...jiggle in my breasts when I walk.
This is the first time I've ever really been teased about my weight, so now I know things have gotten serious. I'd hate to think that boofheads like that are making me feel uncomfortable about how I am, but it's time to be honest with myself and make a change for the better.
