Ht. 5'0, Wt. 180 - this isnt really for me its for my brother ricky he is 7 years old 4'2 230 pounds with a BMI of 64.8 he is weigh 80 pounds more than me when i am twice his age my mum gives him wat ever he wants and my dad wont give him any thing with sugar in it and if he doesnt get it he will have a screaming fit and then go running to mum for food

Ht. 5'5, Wt. s:185 n:163.5 g:145 - YAY! Lost another pound! Well anways, i really really want to get down to 130 pounds by next june (then end of it). So that would be 33.5 pounds to lose. I really think that would be great because I'm going on a band trip to an amusement and water park and i want to look good in a swimsuit (as does everybody). So i think i'm going to do a ton of stomach and leg exercises on top of cardio so that when i get most of the fat off, i'll have a nice,flat, toned, stomach. What do you think?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - I lose 20 pounds by eating basically something like this everyday: breakfast--piece of wheat toast with tiny bit of peanut butter and a banana(250 cals) snack--1 apple(50 cals) Lunch--sandwich made of 2 whole wheat pieces of bread and either tuna or lean meat like chicken or turkey(200 cals) Snack--low fat yogurt(60 cals) Dinner--bowl of soup and some whole wheat crackers(250). I would eat only when I was hungry and stop when I was full. Hope this helped!

Ht. nunya, Wt. nunya - life is filled with people who like to get you down and they absolutly love it when you respond to there critsizum so dont give them what they want make them feal stupid by accomplishing your goal and then when you become a star make sure you mention the people who said that you couldint do it and say for all the people that said that I wouldint make it look at me now. so dont ever push anyone down cuz u never no what theyll be in the future stay strong hatter out

Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - Hey guys i really want to lose about an inch around my waist do you think i could lose that by saturday?...cuz thats our homecoming dance and i dont want to dance with a guy and have him feel my love handles and think ewww your really chunky!... i am overweight but i hide it pretty good with the shirts i wear but my dress is a different story....but in order to lose weight im trying to eat less than i do and run up and down my stairs 10 times up and ten times down!!...and for our pep assembly thing i guess me and one of my somewhat friend are doing a pie eating contest cuz me and her are huge burpers and so someone signed us up cuz were dumb like that lol......but it sounds like so much fun but a lot of calories!! i mean a whole pie and i dont think its gonna have crust just whip cream in a tin pie... Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 492 - Hi, Im really obese. My parents have tried every diet they could think of but I just gain weight. I dont eat much, but ever since I peaked 300 pounds I couldnt exercise anymore. I am on a diet of 1200 calories a day but I gained 9 pounds last month. I had to get a special scale since I am so fat (492) im afraid that I will never be able to be normal. How can I lose 192 pounds just by dieting until I can exercise again, cause all I can do now is sit. Its becoming REALLy hard to walk upstairs to my bedroom. i diet and im motivated. ive had bypasssurgery and fat loss surgery i just keep gaining. please help.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 210 - Today I had: raspberry yogurt; a ham sandwich with wheat bread, american cheese, and mustard; grapes; baby carrots with a little ranch sauce. For supper my family is having seasoned, baked chicken, mashed potato's, and some type of veggie. I ate all that stuff and divided it into 4-5 snacks. Also, me and my lil sis went for a 15 minute walk, and worked out for 10 minutes this morning, so I got 25 minutes of exercise. How did I do????? And could I have some tips on good snacks, I know fruits and vegetables, but what else?????
