Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 goal 120 - hey cassidy...you asked how i could run like that ...heres how...
first start out with a five minute jog and do that for one day or twice a day.. and then the next day after the five minute jog go a little bit further then you did when you went five minutes and dont worry about speed or time just yet just start ok? and then when you have it at about 18-20 minutes you are probably covering about 2 miles ...so then you want to work on speed but as you are working on speed do more distance as well.... and right now it takes me about 16 minutes to do two miles (well around two miles) because i add to it every day... and im still working on speed i want to get it down to fourteen minutes...
and one more thing that is important!!! do ab work...you need to do that...it helps with your running posture and makes it easier...

Ht. 5' 0, Wt. 123.5 - when i tell my friends about my diet, they are like, "omg brooke, ur so skinny" this bugs the crap out of me!!! i know im not neccesarily fat, but i am over weight. i just wish they would leave me alone!!! it gets kinda offensive. but i dont want to be like one of my friends that calls me a "tub of lard" that really hurts. u know what im sayin?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. now: 199 , goal: 165 - I have not lost anything in the past 2 weeks. i have been trying, not REALLY HARD, but ive been eating and eversising good, and nothing has been happening. should i limit my self to like 1500 calories instead of 2000 and walk 3 miles instead of 2? i dont know what to do! please help! thanks -B

Ht. 5'2, Wt. start:195 now:191 - hey guys i havent been on in like 2 months ive been busy and upset, and then happy... i got down to 189.. but i gained it back.. im goin to florida in marc-april wen evr spring break is... and i want to wear a nice bathing suit... it dont have to be a bikini but someting that looks good... i want to however be in a bikini by summer... my main problem is excersising and SODA im addicted to it now... i cant stop i crave it constantly... we really dont have ne in my house but at school, omfg i have to het it its like who would drink water when they have soda... wut should i do im planning to start walking/jogging at nights... im not a morning person... sry this is long but can ne one help... and does any one wanna be buddies?

Ht. 5'11, Wt. 190 - I know this might sound bad but im not anorexic or anything. I dont eat breakfast and on weekdays i dont eat lunch cuz i dont like eating at my school but when i get home i eat normally plus my lunch i was supposed to have at school. Is this really bad will i gain weight? i do alot of walking now like say 2 miles more than usual

Ht. 5'6, Wt. U dont wanna know - Ok, so, I just started school on Monday and had my first gym class today...and I had the same gym teacher for the past 2 years and I loved his class....now I got this total diff one who grades on how far you can run how fast all that stuff....and my old gym teacher would grade you on doing ur best..the new teacher didnt even mention that! Ugh, I just cant run for long periods of time....any help?

1 grilled chicken sandwhich
1 1% chocolate milk (pint)
2 200 calorie Buritos
2 diet cokes
total calories: 900 calories
Exercise:
5 min. up and down stairs
500 crunches
100 triecpt curls
100 bicept curls
500 squats
Do you think this is good for tommrow
