Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - hey if i run up and down my stairs like go up 1 then down 1 and do that 10 times will that be a good workout plus im gonna work out on my ab lounge sport before i do that and its really hot outside so thats why i want to run up and down the stairs and its like 16 stairs all together thanks and if i can get replies within like 30 minutes that would be great cuz i want to do it while im motivated thanks a TON!!...and good luck with all your weight loss

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 145 - hey, i hava a question. how do i get motivated to get fit and stuff? people telling me exaclly what to do isnt motivation and looking in the mirror is but then im starting to pick up my old habit of eating with emotions so how the hell am i going to do it? im going to start guitar so maybe that will keep my mind off of it and im giong back to the gym. hopefully i can splurge no more

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 200 - goal: 155-165 - Here is by diet and exercise plan i have been doing for about 2 months. i cut my portion sizes in half, and i dont eat candy, pop, fried food, or very much bread. I eat more fruits and veggies, and drink lots of water. every morning i walk 1/2 mile, and after school i walk, jog, run, walk, jog, run, etc. for about an hour while i listen to music on my cd player. so from doing that the last two months, so far i have lost approx. 14 pounds. Is that good? How much do you think i can lose by Christmas? Please reply with your advice and tips. thanks and good luck!

Ht. 5.5, Wt. 148 - how come some people on here said you should eat 1200 or 1300 if your active and lucy tells girls who are 14-18 that are barely active to eat 1800 and girls that are farily active 2000 and girls who are really active 2400. so that means that 1200 and 1300 it not enough
