Ht. 5'3, Wt. 370ish - Ive been a real pig over summer and gained a lot of weight. Im 370ish, at the start of the summer I was around 350. None of my school uniform fits at all, and my underwear is far too tight. Trouble is noone seems to notice, my mom said not to worry about my weight, as I come from big genes.. I guess I need really big jeans now. Does anyone here way over 400lbs, if so what is it like, because I can see myself gaining 30lbs before christmas. Should I feel bad?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - hey everyone...wen i first started posting on this site i was 170 well around there, and im 5'8...well i hadnt weighed myself in a really long time but i was eating really healthy and getting in exercise wherever possible. I went back to skool the other day and everyone was like OMG UVE LOST SO MUCH WEIGHT! I knew i had lost weight but i didnt really know how much so i told my mom to get a scale and i weighed myself and im now 135 pounds! i could barely believe it..the underweight limit for 5'8 is 125 so im at a good weight right now i think. Im just here to say to everyone that u cant give up ur diet, just keep going..there were such hard times for me and i binged sometimes but then got right on track the next time..u guys can all do it just be patient! Ht. 5"3, Wt. 164 - hey peeps i got some exercises for u guys that helped me lose a ton of weight... i did regular crunches, reverse crunches, and side crunches.....20 each....i did squats and lunges..15 to 30 each...and i went walking everyday for 30 minutes....and i dranked a ton of water.....well good luck peeps! hope i helped!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 166 - Hey everyone. I had an okay day today. I splurged on a few bites of chocolate peanutbutter cheesecake though (OMG choc-peanutbutter is my weakness) but other than that, I did really well. Hopefully I'll lose that 1.9 and some more this week. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had any really good after school snacks, or even after school activities to do. Sometimes I find myself eating after school even if I'm not hungry. Anything is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 210 - Are popsicles a good dessert to have when you are trying to lose weight??? Like if I really want something sweet is it ok if I have a popsicle, there are only 35 calories in each of them.
