Ht. 5' 3'', Wt. start:175 now:145 - okay i haven't been on in a while but what the heck! i started my diet at 175 pounds and i'm now 145 i'm so happy but i still have 20-25 poundes to go!! oh well i only have about 4 months to lose it all.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 157 - hey it is mey 2nd day of eating and im not doing to well i try really hard not to get sick when i look at meself after eating and all but im going to keep trying im still working out swiming and walking and a bunch of crunches and situp like 100 each oh and it took me all summer to looes the weight but i am going to do it the healthy way now so wish me luck !!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 216 - hi everyone. Ok this is gonna sound stupid but I need some advice. I am on birthcontrol and I have gained 16 pounds in 3 months. They said it would happen but I just can't loose weight . I'm not sure what diet to do or what exercise. Sometimes I think I will stay this way forever. I don't want to be fat I want to live a happy life and be normal . Not super skinny just normal. If anyone can help please do.

Ht. 5'7 and 1/2, Wt. 187 - My birthday is 5 weeks from Monday (Labor Day)...b-days on Columbus Day..u prolly didn't need 2 know that. But, it would be great to lose 10 pounds by then. Other than doing winsor pilates, does anyone have ne suggestions? Thanks!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - Hey everyone i'm happy to report I am now back at 280...I know I may only be losing water weight right now but Im very happy...I just weighed this morning and that is the motivation for me not to eat bacon and eggs,instead i'm having a bowl of Honey Nut Cherrios or A BlueBerry Muffin (I made a batch yesterday) and for lunch i'm having a salad with low cal-ranch dressing OR leftover spagetti made with ground turkey and not ground beef.And for dinner,i'm still undecided.Oh and for exercise i'm going to do 50 crunches,50 pushups,20 minutes of dancing and my 20 minute Denise Austin workout tape it's called blast away 10 pounds...it's a very vigorus workout but it does show results after a month.If anyone knows something I could do different reply.Other than that have a good day and good luck to everyone.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - Overall today for breakfast I had two small blueberry muffins I made with a small glass of Minute Maid Pure Orange juice.For lunch I couldn't think of anything so I had another muffin and juice.For dinner my dad is making hamburgers and fries..i'm having a burger a couple of fries and a small salad.And i've had about 5 glasses of water today.For exercise I did 45 minutes of cardio/dance and later on after dinner i'm going to workout again to my Denise Austin-Blast Away 10 pounds video.Hope everyone is doing good today...anyone have any comments reply to me.

Ht. 5ft 8, Wt. 210 Goal 150/160 - I dunno how to do my hair: i have a round face but it's quite a pointy chin my hair is long and brown I was thinking of going a lighter brown with blonde highlights? What do you think Don't hate me becuase thisa isn't aBOUT WEIGHT! I just wanna have NEW STYLE!
